About: I've house and pet sit for family friends and we always have a good time. I have a special connection with dogs and love to spend time with them whenever I can. My seasonal job is ending, so I will have plenty of time for taking care of pets! I hope to do this at least part time to keep some money coming in. I love to play with dogs (and cats)! About: I've taken care of dogs who love everyone and those who are as choosy as cats in their people. I share my home with four cats, each one with their own style of pets and play (and their own diets). Every animal, just like every person, has their own personality. My goal is to pay attention and interact with them in a way that makes them feel safe, loved, and...if they're up for it...entertained. Need someone to walk your canine companions for a couple miles and then follow detailed instructions on which doggo gets what food and treats? That's me. Does your cat need someone to feed it and then sit in quietly in the same room for company without insisting on pets? That's me, too. Additionally, I have experience with administering medication to both cats and dogs (pills, inhalers, injections). I'm a remote-first professional, so my schedule is fairly flexible. Animals thrive with consistent routines, so I make a point to arrive on time and follow all owner directions. I regularly book between 7 AM and 9 PM, but currently my schedule is tight. Morning appointments are available if timing is flexible +\- a couple hours. My goal is to ensure that pets feel as safe and loved. Animals thrive on routine, so I'll be on time and follow your directions to ensure as much normalcy as possible while you're away. I have four cats, all of whom have different diets, play styles, and stranger tolerance, so I'm used to paying close attention to details. I'll earn your pets' trust by following your directions and adapting my approach to their needs. As a pet parent, I understand the importance of knowing how your companions are doing while you're away. I'll always check in with you and include pictures and updates. I'll never hesitate to reach out if I have any concerns or questions. While your pet is in my care, they are my number one priority.

About: Even though I am studying Marine Biology I have a passion for all animals. From dogs and cats to rats and reptiles, even insects and arachnids. When my family got our puppy and COVID gifted us with 4 cats I deep dove into animal body language, boundaries, training, needs, and a variety of other things. I also have some experience with newborn kitten care when they don't have a mom to provide. I have helped with thepittieprojectpnw (which is an amazing nonprofit that focuses on rescuing pit bulls on death row or has come from a bad situation to give them a second chance. So I've dealt with reactive dogs, that are not comfortable around other dogs/humans and are traumatized/healing from an experience. I also have some experience with dogs with health problems. One of my dogs has EPI and the other has diabetes. Just with humans, I believe its crucial to learn about animal's emotional, physical, and health needs. Pets or not. I work part time as a lifeguard, my schedule changes every 3 months or so but otherwise it’s consistent weekly, the longest days I work are 5 hours. I mainly work on weekends but can always coordinate with you if you need someone for the weekend. I find it important to know the boundaries and needs of animals and to know when to back off and just let them be. (within reason). I am careful with what and who pets interact with. I like to slowly introduce myself and let them come to me. I am also very careful about what has been left out/what a pet could get into and ingest.

About: I am a nurse in real life with lots of downtime and ready to also take care of your furry loved one. I have plenty of experience dog sitting all types of dogs in my home and love to do so to keep me company as well. I am a nurse with lots of free time for your beloved pet. I have a week off every other week and I’m available every Saturday. I’m also available all mornings and afternoons. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with almost everyone owning an animal. My apartment is one the 1st floor so no stairs or elevators required and I do have a large fenced patio. There is a large on-leash dog area across from my apartment with tons of walking trails as well. My apartment is very spacious and I allow pets in my furniture/bed. I’m around to ensure the safety of your pet whether in my home or yours. When it comes to dog walking, I always check surroundings and pick the safest routes away from busy streets/areas.

About: Hello! My name is Lauren and I have been taking care of animals on and off since I was a little girl. I have sat for puppies, seniors, cats, dogs, and everything in between. I have a bird and three dogs of my own, including a Saint Bernard. I love animals and I am hoping to get to meet some new ones. Right now, I am home from college in Seattle for the summer. I am currently taking bookings for any day of the week and at any time! Because of my flexible schedule, I am able to take pets on walks/potty breaks as often as needed. I always make an effort to tidy up toys or the home in general before leaving and I am very comfortable crating/feeding/playing with dogs of any size.

About: My dog Nova and I became best friends in 2022. Nova came from a lot of fear aggression which was an incredible amount of work for someone who has never had a pet. In the last years, we have made so much progress. She has taught me the value of love and the meaning of patience. I would love to care for your animals the way I’d want anyone to care for my girl! I have used Rover for years for my sweet girl and am now looking to join as a sitter! I work a variable, swing shift job at the hospital here in town, but would love to start making time for more animals. My dream would be to retire from my career as a pharmacist and rescue animals. I'd love to start caring for more animals in the time that I have. I will carefully follow your expectations during a drop-in or walk. I will be sure to respect your pet's boundaries. If your dog, in particular, happens to be reactive, I have learned many tactics to keep everyone safe as I too started off with a reactive dog. I will care for your animal as if they were my own.

About: I really enjoy meeting all kinds of cats and dog and appreciate their quirky personalities. It's especially great when I get the change to develop relationships with them from repeat connections. I'm current unemployed and will likely be working online part-time, seeking work, or doing online research projects. So, my time and place are very flexible. One of my dogs is difficult/unpredictable with other dogs, so I'm likely to do care away. (My dogs are probably a little TOO interested in cats.)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments since I was 13. I have experience in petsitting through family, friends and neighbors. Animals have always been in my life and their needs adjust my daily life. I’m currently a university student who is studying computer science. So a lot of my homework/ assignments are done on a computer meaning I’m home for most of the day! I have lots of extra time to interact/ have fun with a pet at home :) Walking: I provide long and stimulating walks with lots of sniffing, playing and exercise. Drop ins: I really enjoy these! About: I absolutely adore animals, especially dogs. I love training them and being with them. I consider myself to have a lot of patience and understanding with dogs and I do well with all sorts of pups, including overreactive, high-energy, and loud ones. I work full time as a behavioral caregiver for developmentally disabled adults, and currently my work schedule is a little inconsistent, however I am committed to keeping my schedule updated two weeks in advance so that booking is seamless and easy. I currently am unable to care for pets in my own home but I am happy to stay with animals as long as needed. I have a car and I am happy to transport to dog parks, or just walk around neighborhoods. I have a lot of patience and I gain great enjoyment just being with animals.

About: Update: Based in Bellingham Washington, currently looking to board/housesit for aniamals in Bellingham. I am a full time dog trainer and animal caretaker. I am also available for hire for canine training. I am in the process of receiving my national professional degree for Large and Small Animal Accupressure. I am also available for hire on the northern coast of Oregon, available for animal sitting in-home. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up caring for neighborhood pups, giving them daily walks and love which fueled my admiration for them. I love spending time with animals because of how much we learn from each other. I spent summers working on a farm where I learned to work with all animals - great and small. From draft horses to cattle to chinchillas to fish to llamas to birds and bunny rabbits - I have worked with many types of animals. With dogs, I have cared for and train dogs from dachshunds to Great Pyrenees and so many breeds in between. I have worked with animals for over 15 years time as a caretaker. I volunteer at an animal shelter where I get to work with lots of different breeds. I have experience working with dogs which need a little bit of extra help on their manners or that have come from an abusive situation, creating a calm and trusting atmosphere for them where they can thrive. I find that not just do I love spending time with animals but that I grow as a person working with them. I am also available for pet sitting of animals other then dogs, as well.
