About: I was a veterinary technician for almost 13 years. I worked with large and small animals. I also groomed animals for 4 years. I owned and ran my grooming business out of my home in St. Helena. I am a CSR at a vet hospital in Fairfax. I need to be home to care for my mother who is having health struggles so looking for more work closer to home. I am caring for my mother at home. I have lots of free time to fit in my schedule for walks, visiting homes and checking on all kinds of pets. I am open to exotics also. My boarding prices include one large area/room that is nice and cool and has room for bedding, toys, and whatever your pet desires. This room has access to a multi-level backyard. The animals are closed inside at night. Dogs also receive one 30 minute walk out of the home a day. Extra walks will be charged at $25 per walk. Cats stay in a room separate from dogs with all their amenities and will not leave this room during their stay. If your cat is leashed trained and you require walks please let me know know and we can talk about wether it is possible. I am a retired veterinary technician. I am educated in safety and health for animals. The pets in my home are loved and cared for individually. You can go on your trips knowing your animals are safe and cared for with a vet nurse. I am also willing to come by houses and visit. I will not do over night stays, but doggies/cats/exotics are welcome to stay overnight here at my home. When you leave your pet with me you will receive multiple pictures through out your pets stay and you will have full communication from me at all times. All dogs are required to have been vaccinated with Rabies, dhp, and bordetella. Cats should be vaccinated with Rabies, fvr-cp and leukemia. All animals that acquire fleas must be on a flea product. If they are not I will provide the flea dose but you will be charged accordingly for that dose. These requirements are for the safety of the animals in my home and in my neighborhood. About: I’ve been a pet owner for most of my life, and always loved animals. I just lost my dog Jessie, and love to spend more time with other dogs. I’m home a lot and love to take care of other dogs. Weekends I’m home, and have time to take dogs to the park for play or a long hike. I’m home also after 4:30 pm most days. I’m a school teacher and have summers off. I’ll be home full time from June 14 through August 12. I live in Marin in a condo which has a balcony, close to great trails, and in a wonderful and quiet Neighborhood. Love to spend time in nature.

“Wow! Scooby’s first daycare visit with Stephanie (and Tank) today was pure magic! He strolled right inside and made himself right at home when it usually takes him several visits to start to feel comfortable (if ever). Scooby even took his regular naps at Stephanie’s which is unheard of (read: he must have felt super relaxed and comfortable). Stephanie sent many pictures and shared updates. I 100% feel Scooby was loved and cared for today just as we would if not more. Feeling grateful to have found such a lovely place for Scooby to hang when needed and looking forward to his first overnight visit in a few weeks.”

About: I have fostered dogs for Muttville, Rocket Dog Rescue and Resilient Dog Rescue and have owned my own dogs including disabled and senior dogs too. All dogs are treated to the very best care and lots of love and fun provided in my home❤️ I sell real estate and make my own schedule. I want to help people keep their dogs so am offering my services to help them. I have a a gated fenced yard and the dogs will be kept in my home environment only with social dogs or kept separately, there is a huge yard and fenced in Paddock for us to have playtime and then time to hang out in the evenings.

I am familiar with different personalities, and am patient with young rambunctious one to the older ones. I am an avid walker/hiker, enjoying the outdoors rain or shine, and am happy to take your dog(s) out around the neighborhood or out on the trails for adventure (on leash). I’m also available to help with rabbits, guinea pigs and birds. About: I had taken care of 8 parakeets and a dog when I was little. I’ve also taken care of dogs from my previous coworkers and family. I’m currently finishing my last semester of undergraduate and have Monday, half day Wednesday, Friday and Sunday free. I’m flexible with having dogs at my house or at your home. I have a fenced yard that is a pretty good size for small and big dogs. I love taking dogs on walk that can last up to an hour! If the dog is energetic, I love playing tag or play catch.

I work from home most days and start around 8am. I can walk dogs during the day, as I prefer to not walk past 730 in the evening. I prefer a crate if I am watching your dog in my home. I do not have a yard but I have a grassy area downstairs. There are stairs and an elevator to get to my apartment.
