I'm free a lot of the time, I'd love to take your animals for a walk to give them treats and feed them before and after playtime! About: Since I was five years old when we adopted our family puppy, I have been involved in taking care of dogs. I have also over 350 hours of shelter volunteer experience in walking dogs, giving medications, and obedience training. Since I am hoping to be a vet one day, I am always wanting to meet new animals and give them the best care possible! I am currently a full-time student at Carleton and thus have classes and other extracurricular activities throughout the day. However, I have chunks of time throughout the day that could be devoted to pet care. If I am pet-sitting for you, your animal will be my priority! I do not have the capacity to care for your pet in my house, but I can provide whatever level of care you need in for your pet in your own home! If you need me to stay the night, I can do that. I am a detail-oriented person so whatever your pet needs I feel confident I can provide it.

Maggie was on multiple meds for allergies and Maren did a wonderful job making sure Maggie had them when was prescribed! They absolutely loved all the extra attention and Maggie loved her walks! We loved all the updates during our vacation! And she made sure all bedding was changed for us knowing we had a late flight home! We really appreciated her!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of every kind since I was 14 years old. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to check in on their pets. Yes, I watched cats as well. Don’t tell my dog! In my house our lives revolve around them. That of course doesn’t mean that they run the house, but we plan around them. My favorite sound and site are when they are eating: because to me it means they are safe and happy! I am working from home so I can be there for the dogs. Other than shopping and chores, im around. I can make my schedule flexible to accommodate 4 legged guests. I have a fenced yard so your dog can go out to sniff and do their business. I am also walking the dogs at least once a day, sometimes 2 short walks

About: I am a current nursing student at St. Olaf College, and proud mom to a talkative tortoiseshell cat. I've petsat for family, friends, and neighbors since I was about 12, and grew up with cats and large dogs. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, small mammals, fish, reptiles, and small birds, as well as cleaning up messes, administering medications, and managing special diets. I'm currently a full-time student, and love spending time with animals! I'm available in the afternoons/evenings and can stay overnights. Reach out to learn more about my availability! At my house currently, my husband and I have two big dogs and a rotating cast of family dogs we're usually watching. In the last 20 years, I've also had three house rabbits. I've always loved animals, and I have years of experience as a pet- and house-sitter. I have extensive experience watching senior animals, reptiles, crabs, cats, birds, and multiple-pet households. I once dog-sat for a pack of 8 dachshunds at once! I love to walk and head to the dog park. I'm dependable, friendly, and easygoing, and I'd love to hang out with your pet! I work a full-time remote job with a very flexible schedule, so just let me know when works for you! I'm available for overnights and multiple-night stays, as well. I am careful with new pets I don't know, and follow instructions to the T. I will care for your animal(s) as if they were my own.

About: I have four dogs of various sizes who have lived with my family for years and have a variety of needs and preferences. I have experience caring for senior dogs (our 11-year-old, Gonzo, who has arthritis and hips dysplasia, and our 10-year-old, Roxy, who suffers from severe anxiety), as well as young dogs, as we adopted three of our four as puppies. I'm taking a gap year from college, so I have all of the time in the world to care for your pets and I don't mind staying all day or overnight if needed. I've moved a lot, so I've petproofed quite a few houses at this point, and I'm always on the lookout for things that may pose a danger to pets, and I'll always rather be safe than sorry. As a rule I will always prioritize a pet's health and comfort over convenience.
