“I left my senior lab, Champ with Cheyann for 11-12 days over the holidays. It's the longest we've ever left him and the first time I used Rover. I would not hesitate to leave him with her again. Her entire family pitches in to welcome your dog. She was extremely flexible and easy to work with. Champ has cancer and is on meds and when I notified her a few days prior to leaving that he had a bladder infection related to the cancer, and was lame on 1 foot so would require 2 additional meds, she didn't hesitate to assure me that it was not a problem. She is extremely responsive to my texts and questions prior to leaving. During Champ's stay, she sent several pictures, even though she knew I would not have service, just so I would know he was well when I was finally able to. If we are ever in need of a sitter again, she will be the one I contact!”

About: I've taken care of a senior Bulldog for 1 year. I ended up training him and living with him. He made major improvements in behavior for his owner. We became best buds. Also I've taken care of a cat on a regular basis for the past 2 years. Playtime and cuddles are the best! I get along well with any animal I've met. Each animal has such a unique personality, and I'm excited to learn about them! Also when I was a kid I had hamsters as pets for about 10 years. During most weekdays I'm available anytime. About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have two resident (foster fail!) dogs: Ace, a shy pitbull who LOVES other dogs and Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who LOVES people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pups are allowed on our bed if they choose, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow them on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.

About: I've been taking care of my own animals since I was 8 years old. I grew up with multiple pets in my house hold. I raised a chinchilla to be 18 and my oldest dog was almost 16. Our family recently moved to the area and I’m just getting back into Rover. I'm currently a teacher so I have plenty of time to check in on your animal(s). I have a flexible schedule in the summer so I will try to work with your schedule. I am able to check in on your animal(s), give them attention, take them for a walk, and feed them/give them potty breaks. “My five-month-old puppy still has a bit of separation anxiety, but he seemed to enjoy his day with Aish and other dogs. before the day we arranged a meet and greet to get a sense of the space - Aish has a large, fenced back yard that the dogs play in, with plenty room to roam. I received photos throughout the day, we communicated regularly via text, and on pick-up Smoke wanted to stay. I would use Aish again should the need arise.”
“I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”

About: I have four dogs of various sizes who have lived with my family for years and have a variety of needs and preferences. About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.
About: I have 3 years of pet sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, and lizards. I grew up around animals and currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and farm animals, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and routines. I’ve cared for up to 3 dogs at once and have experience with pets ranging from puppies and kittens to senior animals (dogs 1–14 years old, cats 1–17 years old). I’m also comfortable administering medications since my own pets require them. Experience with breeds ranges from English Mastiffs to small terriers. I currently work part time, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I am free most days of the week, and have a very flexible schedule. I make sure to treat not only your pets, but your property with respect and privacy. Your pets safety and happiness is one of my main goals with all of my visits.
About: We are a cozy, warm, loving family of four who love animals! I (Jenny) rescued my first dog, Summit-a black lab mix many years ago. He was with us over 14 years and we loved him so much! We just recently adopted a kitten a little over a year ago. She is a tuxedo house cat named Smokey. Drop-in visits and dog walking are what we are able to offer as of right now. We may bring boarding back into the mix when Smokey is a bit older. Jenny works part time and has time for drop-in visits as well as dog walking. If allowed by the pet parents our kids (10 and 12) would also love to help out! We play with Smokey in our home with balls, springs, socks! I am happy to pet and play with your pet. Feed, let out, clean litter boxes, and taking leashed dogs for walks.

Champ has cancer and is on meds and when I notified her a few days prior to leaving that he had a bladder infection related to the cancer, and was lame on 1 foot so would require 2 additional meds, she didn't hesitate to assure me that it was not a problem. During Champ's stay, she sent several pictures, even though she knew I would not have service, just so I would know he was well when I was finally able to. If we are ever in need of a sitter again, she will be the one I contact!”
