About: Through either the companion animals my wife and I have welcomed into our home, or through the work I did at the local animal shelter as both a kennel attendant and volunteer, one of my few passions in life is providing care to and spending time with animals. For a number of years, I lived with companion rabbits—our time with them taught me a lot of patience, and gave me a heightened sense of when something might be wrong with their health. For a few years we lived with a special needs cat, and we currently are living with an Olde English Bulldog—all of these animals are of course different, for myriad reasons, but they also have a number of similarities in the personalities that if you spend enough time around them, you'll grow to see and understand. The time I spent as a volunteer and attendant at the shelter was a great lesson in how to be efficient and effective in tending to a number of animals at once—sometimes upwards of 20 cats that all needed their areas cleaned, food and water refreshed, and sometimes given medication. As a volunteer I worked with especially shy and frightened animals who had recently been surrendered and were not adjusting well to life at the shelter. This, like my own time living with rabbits, was the chance to learn more patience, and work with an animal until they open up more. I am, like, very available to care for your animal. Friday and Saturday I have a commitment in the morning, but would be ready to check in on whomever after 11 a.m certainly, and I would like to think that overall, I am relatively flexible and can manage time well. In my own home, I more or less put an animal's needs ahead of my own. If I were to check in on an animal of any kind in someone else's home, I would be respectful of their house rules, and also try to get to know the animal within their own space and interact with them there.
About: My darling kitty Allie came into my life around 8 years ago, and though she was slow to warm up, I can’t imagine life without her. My roommates cat, Nyx, is a little menace who needs constant attention. I love them both dearly. I can adapt to any cat, whether they need playtime or a slow approach :)

Our boys were so well cared for, and I can tell from all the photos that they treated our cats like they were their own! We were in a bind when a friend told us last minute they could no longer watch our cats while we were on vacation for two weeks, and Ada was just what we needed. They were respectful, attentive, and we felt comfortable having them in our home while we were gone to look after our cats. We left a laundry list of instructions and weird little tidbits, and they knew just how to take care of everything the way we would. They paid special attention to details and had a ton of experience caring for all kinds of pets, ages, and medical situations which made us feel good. They also very kindly helped us with extras like grabbing our mail and sending us photos of our house when one of the doors was damaged (not by them). I seriously cannot recommend Ada enough! About: I have loved animals my whole life. growing up with dogs, cats, fish, and birds, I enjoy pets of all kinds! I have experience with both pet boarding and pet sitting! I have worked with several different families with multiple dog and feel totally comfortable with that. Going to the dog park is always fun but I know some dogs aren’t comfortable there. I also have lots of experience with cats and birds. My roommate is allergic to cats so they can’t stay at our house but I would be happy to come to yours. I have experience with elderly and hospice pets as well as special-needs pets, young puppies, medication management and administration (liquid, pill, and injections) and some training experience as well. Because I work from home, I can be with your pet throughout the workday, and can easily step away to give your pet potty breaks and attention. I prefer to do house-sitting based pet care, as I’ve found that animals are most comfortable in their home environments. I am also happy to water any plants that may need it, as long as instructions are provided. Happy to work with large animals, amphibians, fish, and reptiles as well. About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have one resident (foster fail!) dog: Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who loves people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pup is allowed on our bed if she chooses, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow dogs on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.

I work from home and my husband is home multiple days per week so there is always someone to play and cuddle your pets! I have basic training in puppy care which I use positive reinforcement techniques to help puppies learn good behavior and socialization, making their experience fun and stress-free. For senior dogs, I provide gentle, patient care tailored to their health needs and comfort, including administering medications and adjusting activities to their pace. Every pup are treated like they’re my own with love and patience. I will ensures every dog feels safe, happy, and well supported while you’re away. I’m fully available to provide attentive pet care throughout the weekdays and on weekends. While I’m actively working on building my design business, my schedule remains flexible. I will inform you immediately if any changes occur. Until then, I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! *As a reminder, please make sure you and your pup is okay being around my small 12lb pup and having my husband around.* All dogs will safely be in my secure, fenced yard where my 3 year old Min Pin mix loves to play with new friends. In clients’ homes, I follow instructions closely, provide exercise, companionship, and maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
About: Im a pet owner myself with 2 kitties and a bully breed. I’m comfortable with all kinds of pets including reptiles and birds as well as doing nail clippings with non aggressive pets. I taught my dog a few tricks like shake and spin. Overall very flexible with care on my days off. Thanks for looking! I currently work full-time 3 days a week, 12 hr shifts. Aside from that I’m free weekends to care for your babies while you take a vacation or a quick break! My pets are always supervised as they tend to be velcro babies. I take my pets out on a schedule as well as have a feeding schedule twice a day. Trips to the dog park are an option so long as safety is kept in mind, I tend to go when the park is less busy to avoid any potential fights. Pets are allowed on furniture and beds as they are family.
About: We are a cozy, warm, loving family of four who love animals! I (Jenny) rescued my first dog, Summit-a black lab mix many years ago. He was with us over 14 years and we loved him so much! We just recently adopted a kitten a little over a year ago. She is a tuxedo house cat named Smokey. Drop-in visits and dog walking are what we are able to offer as of right now. We may bring boarding back into the mix when Smokey is a bit older. Jenny works part time and has time for drop-in visits as well as dog walking. If allowed by the pet parents our kids (10 and 12) would also love to help out! We play with Smokey in our home with balls, springs, socks! I am happy to pet and play with your pet. Feed, let out, clean litter boxes, and taking leashed dogs for walks.

I have a family that absolutely loves dogs and is thinking about adding another pup to our household and thought this would be a good way to see if it would be a good fit for our family! My husband and I and our four kids(13, 11, 6, 5) have had our current dog for 7 months and had adopted a rescue prior to that that we had for almost a year!
