About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — from loyal childhood pets to rescuing animals in need. They’re more than companions to me; they’re family, healers, and honestly, some days I connect with them better than most humans. About: Born & raised in a family with just as many pets as people, I’ve stuck out for getting along with every animal I meet, very well and very fast. I enjoy establishing daily routines that keep me busy. I personally own one happy parakeet and a healthy tortoise, but I also care for 2 of my family’s dogs (1 small, 1 medium) and one sweet cat. About: Hi! My name is Alex. I am heavily involved in the world of animal rescue, and have experience with a variety of different animals. I have cared for and fostered dozens of dogs throughout my life, and absolutely love large dogs and bully breeds! I have also fostered and cared for hundreds of adult cats, kittens, and geriatric felines. I am a major proponent of positive reinforcement, and will not ever work with any kind of negative reinforcement or punishment based training. I am comfortable with some clicker and reward based training as well should you want to work on a few things with your dog and/or cat (I've trained a few cats to do tricks, too!) I am experienced in administering a variety of medications. I have three cats of my own ranging from 15-years-old to 2-years-old, and a 5-year-old 65lb pitty. Ask me anything! I truly cannot wait to meet your furry family members! My job allows me an immense amount of flexibility as well as being remote so I have lots of time for your baby! I can provide multiple check ins a day during the week or weekend. Although I do not bring clients into my home, I care for them in their comfortable home environment however they are most comfortable. It's important I maintain their routines and help them to feel safe and secure. For cats this includes dedicated toy time and snuggles, and for dogs it includes supervised yard time or walkies!

About: I have always been a dog and animal lover. I used to watch my neighbors’ dogs when they would go on vacation. I always had my own dog growing up- first a yellow lab mix and then an adorable little beagle. I have my own dog who is 9, Frankie, & I love to care for her. I have many years of experience volunteering at animal shelters and socializing dogs. When I lived in Seattle, I cared for a friend’s dog when she would be out of town on the weekends for work. About: I have experience with dogs as young as one and as old as fourteen. I easily adapt to all ages, temperaments, and unique care needs! In my career, I have also been told that I project a calm and empathetic nature, and I strongly believe that the animals I interact with can sense that, too. I tend to get along with every animal that I meet, and my love for animals runs VERY deep. I spent the last 5 years taking care of my sick senior dog who has recently transitioned. From there, I have spent extra time playing, dog sitting, and dog walking my family members fur babies so I can continue to spread my love for animals ❤️. Furthermore, as the weather is beginning to change here in the Midwest, I have been able to take weekly walks within my schedule! I am also fortunate enough to have 4 days off a week, so incorporating a walk around the block is very easy to squeeze into my lifestyle. Although dog walking can be very fun and relaxing, it is important to be aware of your surroundings. Animals can be unpredictable, therefore, when walking my fur babies, I make an appoint to be cautious of other animals that may be in the area such as deer, stray cats, or other dogs. Additionally, it is important to look over your shoulder, because cars can be extremely quiet and hard to hear sometimes!

About: I am a 37 year old animal lover who works in the service industry with a flexible schedule and adventurous lifestyle. My dog, Kiteboarding and camping are my top 3 passions in life. I volunteer for the rescue I got my dogs from and walk many of them on Monday's. Serving is great but doesn't always pay the bills and I have several friends who have loved sitting through rover, and I love dogs and cats so it seemed like a no brainer. I hope to meet you and your furry companions soon! Tuesday through Saturday I work at 3pm so can only do mornings/early afternoons those days. Sundays/Mondays my schedule rotates but I have room typically for one drop in/two walks before or after my shifts those days, I just am sometimes scheduled in the morning until around 430. I can care for your baby however you feel most comfortable and don't mind special requests or requirements, whatever keeps them safe and happy! I have experience with all sizes and ages of dogs.

About: I’ve have taken care of dogs for over 20 years. I specialize in the care of small dogs and those with special needs. I have an elderly, blind, partially deaf Boston terrier of my own so I am well acquainted with caring for dogs. I work from home quarter-time and have a lot flexibility. I am present and available to meet your dogs needs. The longest they would have to wait to go outside is two hours. I have a fully fenced in backyard and a walkable neighborhood! About: I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own who are very socialized! I’m great at training fur babies if they need any and I have lots of energy to keep up with them as well! My partner and I recently bought our home in Detroit that has a good size yard for play space for your dogs! I also do date night sitting in the surrounding areas so I have no problem driving out to give your fur babies a potty break and some love when you’re out at work. I have been doing house sitting along with pet sitting for some time now so I have great references if needed! I am married, no children yet and as I mentioned have 2 dogs and 4 kitties! They’re all very friendly and welcoming to others. I work from home so I have time to give love and as many potty breaks as they need while they are here! I treat all dogs like my own.
