But I came back and Dustin had already gotten her used to the "Gentle Leader" leash......where did my crazy dog go that pulled my arms off???!!! She was transformed. Just enough discipline balanced with lots of love. I was super relieved to leave her in his care- he is excellent. (although I dont want too many people to book him so that he has no time for me again....)”

What a relief to be on a work trip and know my dogs were in such good hands. The daily texts and pictures were lovely. Carolyn even taught our small dog to be more confident going in/out of the dog door and stop slipping through the gate to bark at the back door!”

She helped provide some reassurance because this was scary and new for me by updating me and sending pictures whenever I asked. Thankfully the dogs and our cat loved her and they enjoyed walks and cuddles together :) Jules forgot to clean out the litter box but other than that we had food updates and behavior updates and everything so I’d highly recommend Jules! Jules also kept the house clean and gave the animals the attention they needed so they weren’t starved for it at all when we came home 👍🏽👍🏽 She was nice and reassuring when we were leaving also. She made the whole first time experience very pleasant. I am excited that we got to work with her.”

During her stay, she provided updates but was not overwhelmed with so many photos. Just enough to let me know the dogs are alive, and she hasn't pulled her hair out on them.
