“Excellent sitter. Played with our cat, fed him, changed his litter robot and was very observant to things around the house and with our cat (noticed a new bald spot on our cats leg). Would definitely book Madeline again!!”

“Kat has done such a great job getting to know our shy anxious dog, she's very communicative during her drop-ins and we look forward to working with her regularly!”

“Emily was amazing with my dog, Watson! She was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and comfortable. She always checked in with me, sent lots of photos, and made him feel truly loved. Now, when we’re home, Watson will walk up to the door hoping she shows up, which says everything about how much he adores her. I’m so grateful for the care she gave him and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust with their pup :)”

About: Lover of all creatures but have had the pleasure of caring for dogs my whole life. Friends and familia have trusted me to care for their besties for many years due to my confidence, patience, kind demeanor, and ability to match their pet’s energy! I currently have an 85 lbs. American Bulldog as a best friend who is turning 11 this year! If you know, you know. I know how to win over a stubborn pup lol. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of pups (I have a soft spot for seniors and large breeds). You can trust your furry friend is in good hands. I cannot wait to meet your pack! I’m currently a freelance performer (dance and hosting entertainment) with a flexible schedule that fluctuates from time to time. I can almost always accommodate your schedule requests! I have a fenced front and backyard with one furry American Bulldog bestie who loves and prefers small dogs and a roomate with a Frenchie pup who loves all dogs. I can also work with any client home and make sure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away. I’m a sucker for details and will follow your instructions to perfection. Same way I’d like someone else to care for my own!

“Chelsey is a blessing and I definitely recommend booking her to take great care of your fur babies! I had to take a trip last minute and was scrambling to figure out how to have my dog and cat taken care of. Chelsey came to the rescue and was so awesome, communicative, informative, kind, and caring. Even though I had to order some food and things to be delivered and the house was not in the best shape, she was so cool about everything and went above and beyond to take care of our pets. I loved seeing the photos she sent and her very thorough reports and felt like my pets were in good hands.”

“Jade took great care of Bugsy while I was away and made sure to send me plenty of updates! I will definitely reach out to her anytime I need someone to watch Bugsy for me.”

About: I love playing with and caring for dogs. I've had several dogs (and various other pets) over the years growing up, and have been a private dog sitter for 2 homes. For both homes, I would care for their dogs while they were away on family vacations, staying in their home over night, walking, playing with, and feeding their dogs throughout their days of absence. I have been caring for dogs throughout my life, as my family has always been big on pets, so I've been around puppies, and adult dogs, of different breeds and sizes, and many other types of animals. I work part-time at my job, so I have many free hours during the week, and am looking to spend as much time as I can with some furry cuties. I can walk them, play with them and fulfill any other needed duties. I work part time so I will have time most days before or after my shifts, and open availability on my days off to take care of your cuties! If I’m in your home I will be respectful of your space and make you and your pets as comfortable as possible. If they come to my home, I have a spacious living room and a safe neighborhood to walk them, and no pets so they would be my sole focus.

About: With me, your cat is going to have the best time! I’ve been cat sitting since I was 9 years old and I make sure every cat receives the best snuggles, the most fun playtime, and the best care possible. I am working remotely at the moment so I have plenty of time to make sure your cat has the best care they can possibly have! I will follow your instructions to a T! Whatever is needed to make sure your cat feels safe and is happy while you’re gone is what I will do.

“Sea is wonderful with pets. She is caring and attentive. She leaves very detailed Rover Cards with great photos. I had her do drop-ins and she was always punctual but more importantly she gave my girls lots of love. I'm so glad I found Sea!”

“This was our first experience with Rover and we are so happy we chose Dana to take care of our pup while we were away. You can see how much love she has for the animals and our dog fell in love with her immediately. Thanks so much for making our girl feel so comfortable while we were gone :)”

About: I have cared for animals for many years. I live with two extremely friendly dogs, a border terrier mix and rescue from China. We also have a shorthaired cat in the mix. I am an extremely responsible pet owner familiar with all of the local vets and animal hospitals and I live / work within 5 minutes of each other so I am always available in a pinch. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to hang with pets! Either in your home or mine, I am able to be extremely attentive. I have a dog crate in the home. I live in a two bedroom apartment but we have a gated in area in front so there is a bit of room to run around!

About: I have had dogs my whole life. My current dog is a beagle. I love all kinds of pets and animals. I also like to brag that most dogs have an affinity towards me. I am very loving and patient. I am currently working a full-time job but my job is hybrid. So I have availability on certain days after 6pm but on other days and weekends more availability throughout the day, depending on the day. It’s important to first garner the trust between pet and human, so depending on the fur baby it can be instantaneously or take some time. Once trust is established every animal is different in their energy levels and needs. My care would depend on the animal and after getting to know them for a bit. Trust and patience is so important.

About: Hello! I'm a guy who's looking for some great pets to spend my days with. I grew up with a dog and cat, tended to a cat through end-of-life care, and currently own two cats. My friends have often asked me to take care of their animals and it's been some of my favorite work. I'm not afraid to do the gross stuff for your animal in addition to the fun stuff! I've wiped dog butts, pilled cats, and made the strangest prescribed food mixtures. I love cats and senior dogs especially. I have all the time during the day to drop in to visit your babies. My availability is primarily during the day (8am-6pm), but I'm happy to do evening drop-ins! I would ideally like to do a visit before I start working with your pet so I can see where everything is, ask questions, and most importantly, meet your pet. I do weightlifting and can definitely lift your Great Dane into the car if necessary. I'm very well-versed in cat body language, too.

“Big points to Jordan for his reliability, communication, and flexible scheduling! He was even kind enough to keep our boy’s extra food in his own freezer and bring it for drop-in visits when our fridge kicked it during our vacation. ***Note for timid/anxious dog owners: Had some trouble with getting physically close to our normally docile guy and getting him outside to go potty during our vacation. Would recommend Jordan for friendlier or more outgoing dog types. Overall great. Thanks Jordan!”

“DeShaude is fabulous and he was wonderful with Teddy. He is patient and able to handle an 81lb.Golden retriever who loves to run and pull. DeShaude is very responsible and punctual. Your pup will be in excellent hands!”

Incorporating pet care into your daily or weekly routine depends on various factors such as your pet's needs, your schedule, and any other commitments you have. Here's a general guideline on how you can fit pet care into your routine: Feeding: Set regular feeding times for your pet, typically two to three times a day for most animals. Try to feed them at consistent times each day to establish a routine. Exercise: Dogs, in particular, need regular exercise to stay healthy and happy. Plan daily walks or play sessions in your routine, ideally in the morning and evening when the weather is cooler. Grooming: Depending on your pet's breed and coat type, grooming needs may vary. Schedule regular grooming sessions for brushing, bathing, nail trimming, and dental care. Training: If you're training a new pet or reinforcing existing behaviors, dedicate time each day for training sessions. Short, frequent sessions work best for most animals. Veterinary Care: Make sure to schedule routine vet check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive care appointments as recommended by your veterinarian. Quality Time: Spend quality time with your pet every day, whether it's cuddling on the couch, playing with toys, or simply relaxing together. This bonding time is crucial for strengthening your relationship with your pet. Special Needs: If your pet has any special needs or medical conditions, allocate time in your schedule for administering medications, monitoring symptoms, or providing extra care as required. Backup Plans: Life can be unpredictable, so it's essential to have backup plans in place for pet care. Identify trusted friends, family members, or professional pet sitters who can step in if you're unable to care for your pet due to unexpected events or emergencies. By integrating these pet care tasks into your daily or weekly routine, you can ensure that your furry friend receives the attention, love, and care they need to thrive. Ensuring the safety, trust, and comfort of pets is paramount in both in-home and client's home pet care services. Here's how I maintain these principles in each setting: In-Home Pet Care: Safe Environment: I provide a safe and secure environment for pets in my home by removing any hazards, ensuring proper fencing, and using pet-friendly products and materials. Trust Building: I establish trust with pets by creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere, using positive reinforcement techniques, and respecting their boundaries and individual preferences. Comfortable Accommodations: Pets staying in my home have access to comfortable sleeping areas, ample space for play and exercise, and a clean environment conducive to their well-being. Supervised Interaction: I closely supervise pets to prevent conflicts, ensure their safety during playtime, and intervene if any issues arise. Client's Home Pet Care (Ask about special rates and availability!): Familiar Environment: I respect the familiar surroundings of the client's home, keeping disruptions to a minimum and following the pet's established routine as closely as possible. Trustworthiness: Clients trust me to enter their home and care for their pets, so I prioritize building trust through clear communication, reliability, and professionalism. Safe Handling: I handle pets with care, following any specific instructions provided by the client regarding feeding, medication administration, and handling techniques. Respect for Property: I treat the client's home with respect, ensuring that it remains clean and tidy during my visits and adhering to any house rules or guidelines provided by the client. By prioritizing safety, trust, and a comfortable environment, I strive to provide the best possible care for pets, whether they are in my home or the client's home.

She makes sure he has everything he needs but even better is the way she spends time making sure he's happy and gets his daily playtime in.
