“Katherine went above and beyond in caring for my sick cat while I was away for three days. Her exceptional care and compassion provided me with peace of mind during my trip. I knew my furry baby was in excellent hands, and Katherine's nurturing and kind-hearted approach truly made all the difference. Returning home to find my cat healthy and happy speaks volumes about the level of care Katherine provided. I'm immensely grateful and wouldn't hesitate to entrust her with my pet's care again in the future. She even beyond her duty and stoped by at the store and bought her warm chicken everyday. Thank you”

“Highly recommend!! Samantha was professional, experienced and kind. She took extra loving care of our kitty Layla for an entire week while administering oral medications twice daily. I am forever grateful! Thank you!!”

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and currently have a 7 year old beagle of my own, so I truly understand how much pets are part of the family. I know how important it is to feel confident that your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I work locally and come home during the day, which allows me to give pets consistent attention, bathroom breaks, and plenty of love throughout the day. My husband and I own a home on a canal with a fenced in yard, giving dogs a safe and comfortable space to relax and play. I’m very active and a long distance runner, so I’m happy to provide walks, runs, and plenty of exercise (especially for high energy pups who need to burn it off). At the same time, I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs, whether that means extra playtime or a more relaxed, calm environment. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and can administer medication if needed. My goal is always to treat your pet like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! My schedule revolves around caring for dogs since I already plan my day around my own pup. I work locally and come home during the day, so I’m able to give regular potty breaks, walks, and attention. Evenings are for walks and playtime and I make sure every dog feels comfortable and never left for long periods of time. I try to keep the same routine on weekends as well, as consistency makes pets feel right at home. I focus on creating a safe, calm, comfortable environment whether pets or in my home or theirs. In my home, dogs are treated as part of the family with tons of attention, consistency, and supervised play time on our fenced in yard. For drop ins and walks, I stick closely to their usual routine so they feel at ease. I’m mindful of safety inside and outside the home such as leash awareness, home safety, and following given instructions. I also have experience administering medication and prioritize trust and communication.
“Amanda was amazing with our dogs and bunny. Dogs were very comfortable with her and were very happy to see her each drop in . She was very attentive and detailed in each drop in and kept in touch throughout the whole week. I would highly recommend using her for any of your pets needs”

About: For 15 years, I have loved and cared for my animals. I was lucky enough to receive excellent training for my shepherd/husky and incorporate the methods during interactions with other animals as well as my new puppy. I completely understand needing reliable care when away. Patience, exercise and attention work wonders!! I'm currently working remote on Thursdays and am able to fit walks in throughout the day as well as during weekends. A varied schedule is fine!! Ensuring the animal's environment is the same when I leave as when I arrive is necessary to prevent injury or any accident. My yard is completely fenced in and equipped to play and run!
About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them most of my life, so being attentive to their needs comes naturally to me. I treat every pet like they’re my own; making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m reliable, patient, and pay close attention to routines, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, or just giving them the extra affection they’re used to. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and check-ins for peace of mind. I’m especially patient with shy or anxious dogs and take the time to help them feel at ease. My fiancé, Eric has also always grown up with dogs and was responsible for taking care of dogs and his cat while growing up and they all lived will into their senior years. He is great with more high energy and active dogs, going on long walks, or runs and hikes with them. I work full time where I commute Monday-Friday. Weekends I’m home. My Fiancé also works full time but he gets out a little earlier than I do. For weekend stays we are available to give your furry family the most attention and care. If there is need during the week I’m usually away from home for 10 hours during the day including my commute time to and from work. We will walk and feed them before we leave in the morning and as soon as either of us gets home will do the same and then again before bedtime. In our home, pets are cared for in a calm, safe environment. We live on the second floor of a house in a suburban neighborhood with sidewalks, which allows for safe, structured walks. While we don’t have direct yard access, we make sure dogs get regular walks, exercise, and attention. I also have a senior cat who is naturally shy and takes time to warm up, so I’m very understanding of pets who may be anxious or need a slower, more gentle approach. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet time. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs, and I always aim to make them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.
“My puppies were happy and content when I arrived home while Bridget let them out in my backyard. Even with my smaller, younger puppy being a bit cautious and protective, everything seemed to go EXACTLY as planned! Kudos and thank you! Would highly recommend!”

About: We’ve been loving dog parents for over 25 years, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of our lives. After losing our beloved boy earlier this year, we’ve found ourselves missing the daily joy, snuggles, and companionship that come with having a pet. We’d love to share that love with your furry family member—giving them all the attention, affection, and care they deserve. Think of us as your pet’s extra set of grandparents: all the love, cuddles, and spoiling, with a calm, caring presence you can trust. I’m currently working but am winding down a 30+ year career as an educator. I’m available weekends and over the summer right now. My husband is semi-retired and is available Tuesdays and Thursdays all day. One or both of us are also available after 3 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We have a fenced yard and sadly no pets for your baby to play with. We have no children in the house either so your dog will be the only guest and will receive our undivided attention. We will only sit for 1 family at a time to ensure you the highest quality care.

“Felicia is absolutely the best! She is professional, trustworthy and caring, and I knew my fur baby was in good hands right after our meet and greet! About: I am taking care of pets since I'm young, friends family and friends of family members have counted on me to take care of their animals whether it's for an hour a day a week they know their pets will be loved and cared for and most importantly they will be safe I am a single mom, I have 3 children my daughter Sierra who is 15 and my twin sons Kayden and Anthony who are 11. I was in a Terrible accident about 3 yrs ago left me with a broken back in multiple places, half a dozen broken ribs on my left sides and many other things, So ive been limited with things I can do... But.... I can continue to care and take care of animals which I love, and also teach my kids responsibility, which sometimes when my daughters schedule isnt full she may come and help and play with the animals for a little while or help bring them on walks etc. So needless to say while they are in school I dont do much so i would love to walk, play, and care for your pets! A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
