I appreciated his communication from the start and the thoughtful questions about Benji’s routine. I also loved the photo updates and seeing that Benji was getting out and about. Mr. Su even added a bit more structure to Benji’s meals, which I really appreciated. He also accepted the booking on short notice when my other plans fell through, which meant a lot. Benji looked like himself in every update- relaxed and happy and it was clear he was in excellent hands.
