We first did a meet and greet and from the moment we meant them we knew they were good people. We had already meet four other sitters at this point and were starting to feel hopeless. Jenna and Michael were warm, and lovely from the start. Their home is spacious, their yard is BIG, and their own pup, Chase is adorable! Sadie got lots of exercise playing with Chase and going on walks. I was worried that Sadie would taunt their chickens the entire time (which she probably did) but they handled it with evident experience around this challenge. We would happily book with them again. About: I have been pet sitting for over 12 years. It started as a favor to someone and morphed into a part-time job. The first dog that I watched was a golden retriever and he was 2 years old. Over the last 12 years, I’ve cared for him several times a year in 1-2 weeklong stretches. About: I’ve been a cat owner for over 13 years. I adopted my cat, Grubs, right after I graduated college and started living on my own, and she’s been with me through every stage of my adult life. As she’s gotten older and developed health issues, I’ve had to become extremely in-tune with even the smallest changes in her behavior, appetite, litter box habits, and energy levels. Because Grubs is pretty sick—skin and food allergies, hyperthyroidism, diabetes (currently in remission!), and early kidney disease—I understand how stressful it can be to leave your cat in someone else’s care. I have also owned a cat and some guinea pigs and took great care of them. I am a college student looking for a job for the summer and need something to keep me busy. I am available until August 19th since that is when I will be moving back into college. My schedule might change depending whether or not I can find another job. I have a dog who is a Brittany. As an adult, I got Angel, my White German Shepherd, from a rescue organization. She was my daughter, the love of my life. I said goodbye to her in October 2021, and I have her in my heart. About: I’ve learned a lot from getting my rescue dog through the puppy stages. He is a gentle, happpy pitbull mix. With crate training, house training, and obedience training, I got a good look at how to work with puppies. Additionally, I grew up with a small poodle and used to watch chocolate labs in our home so I am used to different dynamics between dogs. I'm currently working part time at an animal hospital, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pup. The few days that I go into work, I come home at lunch time to let the dogs out for a potty break. I have a fenced in yard and one friendly dog of my own to give your pet some company. I live in walking distance to borderland state park, and can take your dog(s) on leash walks if more exercise is ideal. I am able to crate your dog if needed. I have multiple dog beds / couches for your dog to relax on.
About: I live and travel the country with my 6 year old 12 lb jack Russell Milo in my custom built van. I am in Massachusetts for 6 months from April to October then I head out to Arizona for the winter. I am a calm and assertive pack leader and practice the teachings of Cesar Millan the dog whisperer. I am retired so I can accommodate any schedule. Living in my van allows me the ability to be parked in your driveway with no need to use your house except to care for your furbaby. Your furbaby is most comfortable in their own home. Being a mobile dog sitter allows me to park in your driveway and have everything I need. About: I have a dog named Rusty and he is a Brittany. He can be energetic sometimes but I always make sure he is well behaved when going out. I have also owned a cat and some guinea pigs and took great care of them. I am a college student looking for a job for the summer and need something to keep me busy. I am available until August 19th since that is when I will be moving back into college. My schedule might change depending whether or not I can find another job. I have a dog who is a Brittany. He is very friendly towards other dogs and likes to play a lot. I have a big backyard though it is not fenced. I also have wood trails right by my house which I often walk my dog along and it is very safe.
About: I have always had dogs and cats throughout my life. As an adult, I’ve had three dogs, myself five cats and many other poor legged friends. I enjoy being around animals very much they bring me such joy. Everyone calls me the pet whisperer because every animal I meet just loves me and I love them. About: Throughout my life I’ve always been surrounded with dogs and I absolutely love them! I currently live with 3 dogs at home and love taking them on walks and caring for them. I’ve watched two 240 lb Irish wolfhound brothers and so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I also love training dogs and have taught my dogs multiple tricks like roll over and sit pretty! I currently work at a local restaurant on Sundays but other than that I’m around most of the week! Growing up we had cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, and hermit crabs that us kids were responsible for taking care of. “Jenna and Michael were wonderful. We are also sitters on Rover and probably have higher than average standards for our babygirl Sadie (~60 lb rescue). We first did a meet and greet and from the moment we meant them we knew they were good people. We had already meet four other sitters at this point and were starting to feel hopeless. Jenna and Michael were warm, and lovely from the start. Their home is spacious, their yard is BIG, and their own pup, Chase is adorable! Sadie got lots of exercise playing with Chase and going on walks. I was worried that Sadie would taunt their chickens the entire time (which she probably did) but they handled it with evident experience around this challenge. We would happily book with them again.
