I currently feed and care for six semi-feral backyard cats, so I'm comfortable with animals of all temperaments. Reliable, patient, and happy to follow your pet's routine exactly. I've also hiked Spain's Camino del Norte and run a small hiking YouTube channel (Dundee Hikes). I am retired, my days are flexible and built around staying active — morning yoga, daily walks or hikes, and plenty of time at home. About: I have past experience in administering medicine including insulin and pills, as well as cleaning litter boxes, picking up dog poop, and feeding bearded dragons. I'm a college student working at a restaurant, but I am available throughout the day between school and work, and at nights. Overall pet sitting fits into my schedule just as well as any average person. I have a cat in my home who is vaccinated and well cared for, so if a pet is coming to my home it must be OK around cats, my cat is also used to dogs and other animals, although I would prefer to watch animals at their house. I care for them by feeding them according to their schedule, always providing fresh water, and taking them on any necessary walks, or runs, and of course cleaning up the poop or puke that occurs.

I have tons of experience with animals including volunteering for cat adoption days with PACA, rehoming abandoned animals, petsitting special needs animals, fostering, agility and show dog training, and behavioral training with dogs. I also have a passion for my fish hobby :) due to this app being a little odd with keeping a lot of our pay lets discuss on our own time a good solid plan ahead with your furry friend that way everyone is happy :) I am available in the afternoons up to the early evenings. However, I can make an exception for some early morning check-ins or walks. Just feel free to ask first! Because I work from home, I am more flexible when it comes to extended periods of pet-sitting as long as I have a quiet place to work. Whatever instructions and guidance I am given I am happy to respect and adhere to those rules when it comes to being in someone else's space or if they are coming to my house. In my own home, it is calm, quiet, with a gated area in the back patio with a garden. The animals are free to move about in the house. I do not have a backyard per se but the back patio is a decent size and secure for dogs to do their business and relax for a bit. I do not have animals of my own at the moment.
