I provided attentive care for others' pets during the last decade while going to grad school in Austin, TX, and I'm happy to bring the same to pets in Albuquerque! I focus on establishing trust and a good relationship with your pets while reinforcing your training commands. I’m patient with shy pets and enthusiastic with energetic ones - and I can’t wait to meet your little guy! I have experience sitting pets of all ages, both in single and multi-pet households, and I have provided oral/eye/ear medication for senior and special needs pets. I also have years of experience caring for large animals (horses, mostly) and plants. Note: Thanks for your understanding that I am only taking new clients in on a limited basis, and I am no longer taking new clients that are more than 20 minutes from my home - that includes west Albuquerque and much of downtown. If you are unsure about location, feel free to make a request and we can go from there 🙂 In addition, I currently cannot take drop ins and walks before 10 am, as I am often sitting and will be occupied during that time. Current rates, as of October 2025: *Drop ins and walks are $20-25 for 30 minutes for 1 pet + $5-10 for each additional pet, depending on the market. I typically add $10-15 for an extra 30 minutes. This includes food/water, play time with the pet, pictures, and cleaning if applicable. *Typical house sit (away max of 6-8 hours, max time of 2 weeks; includes walks, cleaning, and other house tasks): $35-40 for the first pet + $5 (additional cats) or $10-20 (additional dogs) *Intensive house sits (away max of 4 hours or stay longer than 2 weeks): $50 for first pet + $10 (cats) or $20 (dogs) for each additional pet
