We had to take a trip to Florida for two days, so we needed three drop-ins for both days. We didn’t know what to expect and was quite nervous. Snoopy was a little scared and shy on the first drop-in. But by the second one with Lauren, she was good! Lauren took her time and was so patient with her. She did everything I asked of her, above my expectations!
