She was willing to come for an intro visit to make sure she was okay with Abby and vice-versa, and for us to go through all our instructions, key-leaving, etc. And she faithfully showed up and spent time with our little girl, who was clearly not stressed because she was in great spirits when we got home. She even sent us photos so we could see how well she was doing. So grateful for the peace of mind so we could relax and enjoy our trip without worrying whether or not Abby would be in good hands. “Outstanding. That’s one word I can use to describe Josh. I have two dogs. One is very old, 13. I’m always worried about my golden retriever when I’m away. Josh sent me pictures that reassured me that the older dog was OK daily. He also vacuumed up dog hair, which was a pleasant surprise to come home too. Carly B!! We rebooked and she was fantastic (again!) our pups who can be a bit challenging, yet somehow she brings out the best in them and love seeing her come. It is hard to find someone who everyone clicks with in our house and Carly does! She has developed a well deserved trust in our home!
Julie was outstanding! She is so friendly and calm, and was very professional at every stage. I felt completely comfortable leaving her in charge of my six cats. I left a lot of instructions and they were followed perfectly. I even got a nice report every day, including pictures of each fur ball. We're not used to getting updates when we have a pet sitter, so that was a nice touch. All of the cats seemed happy and relaxed when we got home, and the house was locked up tight and looked exactly how we left it. If Julie is ever willing to watch six cats (and clean six litter boxes!) again, we would feel very lucky to have her help. Thank you so much again, Julie!

Ailiya was absolutely wonderful with my two kitties. She was communicative, fast at responding, caring, and gave great attention to detail. I found her to be very trustworthy and my two cats were happy and well cared for in my absence. They probably want her back for all the love and extra treats they got!
Lesly was fantastic! She was always prompt, reliable, and very communicative, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Once again, Kai to the rescue! Our 17-year-old cat likes Kai better than anyone outside of family, and when we had an emergency, he was able to step in and provide the vital care our kitty needed. I cannot tell you the peace of mind that Kai gave us when we could not return home as planned!

Sofia was so great with our cats! I’ve struggled to find a sitter who genuinely cared about the cats and spent time with them, and Sofia was it! She played with Ash and left such a detailed message with so many pictures and videos while I was away. I would recommend her to anyone I know!
Rhonda has been absolutely fantastic! She kept me informed and sent pictures through the 2 weeks. She was clearly invested in making sure both my pups were eating, getting snuggle time and the different levels of exercise they each require. If you are looking for a temporary dog mom to replace you - Rhonda is GOLD! We are truly grateful for her frequent communication, her ability to roll with any ‘hiccups’ (dog knocks over everything in the bay window;), and just genuinely get to know their personalities and cater to them.
