“Bridget is a kind, energetic, conscientious caretaker! Lucy has never been so relaxed when we arrived home. We booked immediately after her interview which was about a month out. Bridget requested coming back over to walk Lucy a week before our trip so Lucy would be more comfortable when we left. Bridget wanted to arrive at our home early so that she’d have some time with Lucy while we were still here. She also stayed until we arrived home to give us a report of how the stay went. While we were gone, Bridget sent us several photos of Lucy. Bridget is a true professional and a huge animal lover. Lucy is a senior dog that requires medication. Bridget didn’t hesitate. We would highly recommend her services. In fact, we are already rebooking!”

About: I have had dogs all my life. I am currently employed as a veterinarian technician. I have done pet-sitting for about 4 years. I do also pet-sit cats. I work as a full time veterinary technician. I work about 5-6 days a week. I am able to stop in for check-ins in the AM and PM before and after work. I am comfortable giving medication. I am able to house sit, walk, check-in, or just play with your pet. Being in veterinary medicine, I understand sometimes medication is needed, senior, diabetic, etc. I am able to tailor to each individual pet, as I understand that every pets needs are different.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10, from puppies to seniors. I also have a dog of my own and sympathize with wanting to make sure your pet is in good hands. I have helped friends, neighbors, and family with walking, feeding, playtime, and baths while they’ve been away. I’m comfortable handling pets of all sizes. My priority is making sure each pet feels loved, safe, and cared for while they’re with me! As a full-time graduate student and employee my weekdays stay pretty busy, but I love making time for pets on weekends or when I can. Caring for animals is a great way for me to spend my free time! I keep my availability open on Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays for walks and drop-in visits. Which works perfectly if you’re doing a weekend getaway or just need additional help with your pet care! I currently don’t offer boarding or daycare. However, I can do house pet sitting! :) When walking dogs, I’ll always makes sure leashes and harnesses are secure. I avoid unsafe areas and keep a close eye on surrounding especially for easily triggered dogs. During drop-in visits, I’ll follow your routine for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home environment.

About: My lifelong bond with animals began in childhood, growing up surrounded by pets who felt more like siblings than animals. This immersive upbringing allowed me to develop a deep empathy for them and a unique ability to read their subtle cues. To me, pets aren't just animals we keep—they are individuals capable of profound companionship. Animals easily recognize me as a friend, sensing that I am someone who genuinely respects their space, understands their needs, and loves them just for who they are. My sister would drive 10 miles everyday to drop her puppy off with me, despite closer friends and family who wanted to care for him. She knew he would be the center of my attention and she would never have to worry. I own a small chocolate business and chauffeur kids to and from school and activities makes it difficult to have a basic 9 to 5 and I miss being around dogs We no longer allowed pets in our home so any sitting I do will be at the pet owners. The type of pet care depends on the pets demeanor. If they are used to close attention or hate being alone. Then we chilling together, if they are more like a cat but still need supervision I won't cramp their space. They just know someone's around when needed or to keep it off trouble When my sister had her puppy that everyone wanted to sit.. she drove out of her way to bring to me, I was the only one she knew he was in great hands
