“I have known Laurie since we were kids and her loving character is greater than most. Recently, in 2023 I lost my beloved dog Lola and Laurie knew this. In the spring of 2024 she reached out to me about a dog her daughter had found on the streets to see if I would be interested in taking her. She brought her over and she was in rough shape. I kept her and Laurie and I together got this little baby girl all fixed up. She was pregnant, missing hair on her rear end, had been bitten by another dog etc. Together we got the money together to get (unfortunately and at the strong suggestion of the vet) to have the babies removed and spayed at the same time. We got her vaccinated and looking and feeling good! Then we found her the absolute best forever home she could be in. Laurie loves animals and is very good with them. I highly recommend her.
