Ripley is also a newly diagnosed diabetic, and they were able to ensure he was given his insulin and pain medicine. I was able to communicate with Zachary whenever I needed via the app or texting, and I received several pictures of Ripley throughout his stay. I could tell that Ripley really enjoyed Zachary, and he was even rubbing his face on his hand before we left! I would definitely recommend trusting Zachary and Savannah with your babies because they truly care.”

About: I cannot remember a time in my life when dogs were not around. As soon as I graduated college, I began volunteering with a no-kill shelter in Austin, Texas. Volunteering at the shelter quickly expanded to becoming a dog foster. At the time, I did not have dogs of my own, so I was the perfect candidate to foster long-stay dogs as well as dogs with behavior and medical issues. My first foster was a tiny puppy recovering from Parvo. It was one of the toughest and most rewarding dog experiences of my life! Fostering dogs with behavior issues gave me the opportunity to participate in several training courses and programs. One of those dogs even inspired a dog-empowerment non-profit organization (Dogs Out Loud) -- she was also the logo! After several years of working with this dog, she became my last foster dog...because we adopted her! We introduced another dog into our home a few years later and it was a constant work in progress (and training) to keep those two in each other's good graces. Both of those babes have since crossed the rainbow bridge. We currently foster through DFW Lab Rescue because we are not ready to adopt, but as mentioned above, I can't imagine a home with no dog. My journey with dogs has allowed me to meet a wide range of unique creatures with unique needs, giving me the confidence to handle all types of dog situations. I work from home and am able to tend to pets all throughout the day. I love interacting with animals and I try to work them into any part of my day that is possible. I honor and respect all rules established within the home for each animal. I will spend time with and love on the animals in the same way I care for my own dogs.
About: I did Rover back in college and stopped to fully focus on my masters degree. I have graduated and am looking to make and save some extra money while I'm job searching for my career!! I have two large dogs, Mason, an unknown mixed breed at 10 years old, and Milee a german shepherd at 7 years old. I raised them both from 3 months old and are both very well behaved, so I have experience with puppies all the way to large dogs. I am extremely active since I used to be a college athlete. If your dog needs to let out a lot of energy, I can run with your dog instead of walking if that's what you prefer! Any money I make is being saved for my future so it is much appreciated! I currently don't have any commitments for the mornings and afternoons. Will update my schedule if so! I go to the gym around 3:30-4:00 PM so I am available all morning and afternoon to walk your dogs! My pets are reaching seniority so they are pretty easy going and well trained. Providing pets compassionate care is something I genuinely enjoy. When caring for pets during drop-in visits and walks, I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and following their normal routine as closely as possible. During drop-ins, I can provide food and water, potty breaks, playtime, administer basic medications if needed, and give plenty of attention and companionship. For walks, I prioritize making sure they stay hydrated and comfortable, especially during the summer heat. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to treat every pet as if they were my own.
About: I go the extra mile to get the job done and then some. I’ll bring in mail, take care of plants and anything else. I spend plenty of time with animals and make sure they are well taken care of. I spoil and treat every animal like an angel. I can feed twice a day every day. I can take on 2 walks a day if needed. I have plenty of ample time to care for animals. I take off my shoes in peoples homes. I respect everyone’s space and time. If you have any special requests, I am usually happy to oblige.
About: I have owned dogs and cats my entire life. I have also helped take care of other people's fur babies for over 10 years. This has included: dog sitting, walks, and administering medications. I work as an independent contractor so my schedule is pretty flexible and can change based on your pets needs. I would love to take your fur babies on walks and take care of them. I will love and care for your pet as if it were my own. I'll be sure to keep you updated with pictures or messages of how they're doing. About: I've been with rover for a few years and I enjoy everything about it. Your experience with your pet in my care will guarantee a happy pet while visiting the heart of central Arlington. Times for feeding and walking can be journaled if need be. Also learning about your pet helps me understand what he/she needs. I'm currently available at all times during the session of your booking. I stay and make sure your pet is well taken care of and made a priority. I have a small apartment but enough room for your pets to have space and feel comfortable. I enjoy having your pet feel happy in an environment that has clarity and good energy.
