“I brought my dog Iggy, a rowdy pitty mix, to stay with Joshua. Our dog is not well behaved. She's hyper not trained at all so i was a little worried. She had the best time. Joshua was so kind about her sleeping with us. He said his kids would fight over who gets to sleep with her which made me feel so much better. The 5 days she was there he sent constant updates and pictures. She enjoyed playing outside with the other dogs, splashing in the pool and rolling in the dirt. She even made a friend! Joshua was also very accommodating with dropping off and picking up. She was in great spirits when we picked her up. Overall I cant thank Joshua and his family enough for caring for our little raskle. I will be using him in the future and I highly recommend him for boarding! “Samantha is absolutely incredible! She recently watched our four pets (two dogs and two cats) and provided the absolute best care we could have asked for. Right from the start, her attention and care stood out. On the very first day, our dogs had a couple of accidents, and Samantha handled the pee and poop cleanup immediately and communicated with me. Our cat Jasmine was feeling quite shy and hid for the first day, but Samantha took the time to look for her and coax her out of her hiding spot. After which, we received frequent pictures of our sweet girl. Overall, we received lots of updates and pictures during every single visit, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. About: I've taken care of cats & kittens with my mom since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I would take care of them the best I could, a cat would have a litter, I'd nurse them to health & Then try to find a forever home for the kittens.

I’ve pet sat for family and friends for 20 years, so I figured since I love it, I’d expand:). We have two sweet small dogs who love having friends over. I taught for 28 years but now work from home. About: Hi there! My husband and I have 3 kids (8-13) and 1 sweet pup. We have both had dogs our whole lives. My daughter started a pet sitting and boarding business several years ago for friends and family, and we've all fallen in love with it, so we decided to give Rover a shot! Our dog, Piper, loves having new friends to play with, we joke that she loves pet boarding more than we do! Our kids are homeschooled, and my husband works from home, so someone is nearly always here and ready for some playtime! We have a 6 year old mixed breed rescue pup (German shepherd/cattle dog is out best guess) who is living her best life when we have other pups come to visit. Our yard is large and fenced, with plenty of space to run and play. Our home is two stories, and pets are allowed to roam wherever they please! We do request that a crate be provided for the few times we will be away from home, and to give your pup their own space. Even the best playdates occasionally need a break, and we want your pet to feel like they have a place that's just for them!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for about 5 years now, often pet sitting for neighbors and friends while they were away. I have much experience in caring for both large and small dogs, as well as dogs with all different energy levels and play styles! I’m comfortable sitting for any pup, no matter the size or how they choose to enjoy their time. I currently work full-time, however, I will always have time to care for your pups! I will always be available to stop by every 8 hours at the longest, and am also always available to house sit overnight. I am very experienced in house sitting, and am always happy to help with chores around the house if needed! I always make sure to enter as calmly as possible to not scare any skittish pups, or rile up energetic ones. I make sure all dogs are safe once I leave, ensuring there is nothing that could possibly harm them while I am away. I will always ensure to crate dogs who need it before I leave as well! About: I cannot remember a time in my life when dogs were not around. As soon as I graduated college, I began volunteering with a no-kill shelter in Austin, Texas. Volunteering at the shelter quickly expanded to becoming a dog foster. At the time, I did not have dogs of my own, so I was the perfect candidate to foster long-stay dogs as well as dogs with behavior and medical issues. My first foster was a tiny puppy recovering from Parvo. It was one of the toughest and most rewarding dog experiences of my life! Fostering dogs with behavior issues gave me the opportunity to participate in several training courses and programs. One of those dogs even inspired a dog-empowerment non-profit organization (Dogs Out Loud) -- she was also the logo! After several years of working with this dog, she became my last foster dog...because we adopted her! We introduced another dog into our home a few years later and it was a constant work in progress (and training) to keep those two in each other's good graces. Both of those babes have since crossed the rainbow bridge. We currently foster through DFW Lab Rescue because we are not ready to adopt, but as mentioned above, I can't imagine a home with no dog. My journey with dogs has allowed me to meet a wide range of unique creatures with unique needs, giving me the confidence to handle all types of dog situations. I work from home and am able to tend to pets all throughout the day. I love interacting with animals and I try to work them into any part of my day that is possible. I honor and respect all rules established within the home for each animal. I will spend time with and love on the animals in the same way I care for my own dogs.
About: I have my own dog and she’s been with us for 11 years now. I love getting to spoil her and show her how much I love her. I have also pet sat for my neighbors, family members, and friends. there’s nothing I love more than this world and animals and I love getting to take care of them. I currently work part time, which gives me incredible flexibility throughout the week! Because my schedule is open most days, I can easily accommodate mid day walks, or specific feeding routines. Your pet will be my top priority, and I have plenty of time to give them the focused attention, exercise, and love they deserve while you are away. Safety is my absolute top priority when caring for your pets. Whether I am visiting your home or taking your dog out for a walk, I maintain strict supervision, keep them securely on leash.

About: I did Rover back in college and stopped to fully focus on my masters degree. I have graduated and am looking to make and save some extra money while I'm job searching for my career!! I have two large dogs, Mason, an unknown mixed breed at 10 years old, and Milee a german shepherd at 7 years old. I raised them both from 3 months old and are both very well behaved, so I have experience with puppies all the way to large dogs. I am extremely active since I used to be a college athlete. If your dog needs to let out a lot of energy, I can run with your dog instead of walking if that's what you prefer! Any money I make is being saved for my future so it is much appreciated! I currently don't have any commitments for the mornings and afternoons. Will update my schedule if so! I go to the gym around 3:30-4:00 PM so I am available all morning and afternoon to walk your dogs! My pets are reaching seniority so they are pretty easy going and well trained. They are good with other dogs but I am only doing dog walking so they shouldn't be crossing paths unless I started the doggy day care. Maybe later on!

About: I have had dogs in my family for as long as I can remember! Since I was young, my family has had multiple dogs; huskies, bulldogs, chihuahuas, pitbulls and labs. My love for dogs (and cats) has been growing for decades. My husband and I have a Carolina dog named Finn who is the sweetest boy ever! He loves to play in our yard, go on walks and take naps. “I brought my dog Iggy, a rowdy pitty mix, to stay with Joshua. Our dog is not well behaved. She's hyper not trained at all so i was a little worried. She had the best time. Joshua was so kind about her sleeping with us. He said his kids would fight over who gets to sleep with her which made me feel so much better. The 5 days she was there he sent constant updates and pictures. She enjoyed playing outside with the other dogs, splashing in the pool and rolling in the dirt. She even made a friend! Joshua was also very accommodating with dropping off and picking up. She was in great spirits when we picked her up. Overall I cant thank Joshua and his family enough for caring for our little raskle. I will be using him in the future and I highly recommend him for boarding!
