Pet care experience
I love every animal I meet!
Hi! My name is Emma, and I'm currently working on my MSW at University of Texas at Arlington. I love to spend my free time caring for animals! I have a lot of experience caring for pets, as I volunteered at Abandoned Animal Rescue from sixth grade to my first year of college. I've worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and cared for many cats and kittens. I've also worked as a freelance pet sitter for cats and dogs since I was 16. Animals have been my passion since I was very young, and I'm always excited to meet new animals and animal lovers! I'm hardworking, responsible, and passionate about everything I do, and I would love the chance to get to know you and your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I have had a lot of experience with dogs that aren’t necessarily the best behaved. My volunteer work at the animal shelter has taught me a lot about how to keep animals of all sizes and temperaments safe and happy.

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I’m a full-time student, but I’m always upfront about what I can or can’t handle. I can generally make most days work, but otherwise, just check my calendar! I regularly update it to let you know when I’m available.
- 0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsover 101 lbsEmma can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- It’s important for me to know a little about your dog’s personality. I like to know whether I’m walking into a job that has a high-energy, athletic dog or a calmer lap dog. I am more comfortable with smaller dogs, but I can still work with larger dogs!
