I’m an emergency medicine physician and lifelong dog lover with two spoiled Shih Tzus of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I provide attentive, reliable care and will treat your dog with the same patience, love, and respect that I give my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or sticking to your pet’s routine, you can count on me to keep them safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. After that I am available 3 days a week to take care of your loved ones Although I live in an apartment, I have a fenced backyard and two friendly and loving Shih Tzus at home who love making new friends.

About: Hi, I’m Madie and I am a Zoology student and dog groomer! I began working with dogs in high school at a board and train facility and then trained to become a professional dog groomer. Now I am going back to school, studying Zoology and volunteering at the Dallas Zoo! I love any and all animals- I have two dogs, two cats, and two tarantulas myself. I would love to take care of your pets while you are away or need help with walks. I can also offer grooming services such as baths, nail trims, and haircuts if needed- just message me for rates! I am a full-time student and have full availability during the summer, with the exception of Monday and Fridays until 1pm- I volunteer with the zoo keepers at the Dallas Zoo these days! I take safety very seriously, especially when it comes to our furry friends! I keep a close, watchful eye over the dogs I watch and pay close attention on walks to ensure everyone is having a great time and staying safe!

About: I care for my sister’s older chihuahua dog while she’s away for weeks at a time plus have cared for friends’ dogs overnight as well. I also enjoy taking long walks with dogs, if the weather permits. I’m available in the mornings to walk. I prefer to walk at around 9 am and like to walk about 3 miles or longer for exercise. I have a fenced backyard and gates. I have a dog at home that belongs to my sister so I already have necessary items for dogs.

About: As a board certified behavior analyst, you can be sure your pet is in good hands. I have owned both dogs and cats. Reinforcement based methods are used :) I take my dogs out 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night) and feed them twice a day, morning and night. I allow them to lead walks unless I’m specifically training for them to walk beside me. I take pets to the local dog park (unless not desired by owner) and use treats as reinforcement for good behavior. I would also take them to get pup cups. I allow pets on the couch so that’ll likely be the spot your pup sleeps on!

And in an emergency I know to always Stay calm, contact the parents and/or vet ASAP, and transport the pet safely if needed.

About: I have a senior cat of my own and live with a service dog! This means I bring abilities like training and medication help to the table as well as being gentle with your seniors. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to spare for your fur babies! We can always have a conversation about schedules that work for both of us and figure things out! I often take a 50+ dog out for walks and crate him as needed so I can apply these skills to your dog as required.

Your pet will be my top priority, and I have plenty of time to give them the focused attention, exercise, and love they deserve while you are away.
