Most importantly, Tommy loves her and loves to go to her house! I enjoyed seeing the cute pictures and funny videos she sent, seeing my baby happy with other dogs either at the house or on a walk. She's also very flexible on her schedule, helping me to pick up and drop off Tommy whenever I need. Her house is a doggy wonderland, very spacious and super clean! We set up a quick meet and greet before booking to feel things out and she walked us through how a typical day goes when she is caring for a dog. When it came to the boarding, she was great at providing multiple updates per day, sending photos and videos often.
