I dropped off my dogs early in the morning and didn't receive any updates throughout the day. I've been using Rover, and I always get updates and pictures from sitter but not this time (first time using Ezhil). When I picked up the dogs, I texted that I was 10 minutes away, but got no reply. When I arrived at the house, I rang the doorbell 4 times, but no one answered. Banged the door, no answer. I texted and called her, but got no reply. After 10 minutes, she texted me that she was coming. I could hear my dogs barking inside the dark house the whole time I was in front of her house. After 20 minutes, a car arrived, and they finally opened the door. My dogs peed on me and ready to get out of the dark house, and when I asked if they had already had dinner, the lady who opened the door said they hadn't, but they had lunch. It was 9 pm! I don't know how long my dogs were left in the dark or unattended. She texted me after I picked up my dogs that her son was inside the room and couldn't hear the doorbell. The dogs were barking nonstop and I was ringing the doorbell so many times, I think if someone was inside the house they can hear it. If I had known my dogs would be left in the dark with no dinner until 9 pm, I should have left them in my house and wouldn't have had to pay Rover. Very disappointed. I like the location but I will never go back :(
