We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From the very beginning, Vivian is professional, kind, and truly attentive to our dog’s needs. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our fur baby was in such loving and capable hands. We received regular updates, pictures, and little notes that showed just how much care and attention was given. Our dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious they genuinely love animals and treat them like family. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be booking again. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾💕

Amazing care im very happy with the care of my dogs, very friendly and good service glad I found vivian, if I need the next trip I call her to take care of Harley and Gordy.

Vivian is absolutely amazing, my pup is very energetic and is a lot of work , she was patient and gentle and welcomed him in with open arms, he was sad to leave after his 2 day stay . Would recommend her to all my friends and family. Peace of mind when you are leaving a couple hours or a couple days, great communication and friendly personality.

TLDR: My experience did not match the reviews on Vivian’s profile. She was absent during the meet-and-greet, communication during the stay was minimal, and details listed on her profile (such as dogs being allowed on the bed) were not accurate. When I picked up my dogs, they had not been fed lunch, urgently needed to use the bathroom, and my puppy had dried feces stuck to his fur. Based on this experience, I would not book with her again. Full Review: I want to start by saying that I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, especially when it could impact someone’s business. However, my experience with Vivian was genuinely disappointing, and I feel it’s important for future pet owners to have more insight than what her current reviews reflect. Vivian was not present during the initial meet-and-greet. She mentioned she had a workout class earlier in the day, but my partner and I arrived at 1:38pm expecting her to be home. Instead, her younger sister greeted us and told us Vivian was out running errands and wouldn’t be back anytime soon. There was no apology or explanation from Vivian. She sent me a short message later saying, “Hi, Ty for meeting my sister I will get your number from her and text you.” This already made me uneasy, especially because we were leaving our dogs in her care for four days. Inside the home, the dogs were kept in the kitchen area, and a yellow lab staying there had made a large mess. The setup didn’t feel comfortable, but we were running out of time and had to leave for a wedding in Glendale, so we hoped for the best. During the stay, updates were minimal. We received one photo or video every 24 hours, and when we politely asked for more frequent updates, the response felt passive-aggressive (“You want twice a day?”). One of the videos she sent in response to our evening message was clearly recorded earlier in the day based on the lighting, which made me question how recent any updates were. Another issue was misinformation on her profile. Her listing says dogs are allowed on the bed, which is important for Bella, my 10yo Pomeranian who has always slept with me. But when we asked where our dogs were sleeping, she told us her husband doesn’t allow dogs on the bed. I later realized Bella was sleeping in the kitchen. If this had been communicated beforehand, it would have been a dealbreaker for me. Pickup was also concerning. Vivian and her husband briefly handed us the leashes with no conversation, and the door closed behind us. When we got home, we noticed the dogs had not been fed lunch and immediately needed to use the bathroom. Both dogs smelled bad. Bruno, my 6-month-old Pomeranian had bunch of dried poop stuck to his fur, which made it clear he wasn’t checked or cleaned properly. I’m sharing this review because my experience did not match the positive ratings on her profile, and I wish someone had shared details like this before I booked. Your experience may be different, but based on what happened with my dogs, I personally would not book with Vivian again.

Excellent communication throughout! She kept me updated with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. She was so kind my dog absolutely loved her and didn’t even want to leave.

Poor communication and argumentative. I booked a drop off from 9-9:30am and she messaged me saying her plans changed to drop off at 8:30am and I agreed. She asked if I could text when I’m 10 minutes away so I did. Then she text me that her plans changed again and I can’t drop off later if needed up to 9:30am. I knocked on the door and heard large dogs barking when her profile said she didn’t have dogs. My dog is only 5lbs. She wouldn’t answer the door or my phones calls but text and said she was in a virtual meeting and her husband would greet me out front. I was already annoyed and turned off at that point and was looking for a new sitter. Her husband came outside 20 minutes later. No thank you.
