Liv was fast to respond, professional, caring and amazing. She took great care of our little Bailey. Which isn't easy. Bailey is a bit high strung. We could tell Bailey was well cared for. Her attentiveness and genuine care put me at ease from the get go- right from our first conversations she showed that she truly cares about a premium level of hospitality for dogs under her supervision (since she is also a dog mom herself). My dog and hers met prior to my trip so they could get acclimated and they ended up being the best of playmates! She would regularly send me videos of them playing in the backyard, on walks, lounging and looking so comfy and at peace at her home, which made me SO SO happy he was in good hands.
