Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. Elisabeth is simply the Best! The care and support she has provided for Pluto is something I will be always grateful for. Pluto is an anxious kid and also suffering from epilepsy, so he needs to take a lot of medication and Elisabeth made sure that he receives his medication on time and also went above and beyond to keep him happy. I received regular updates, and could really see Pluto having so much fun, regularly going out to different stores, playing in backyard or spending time with her wonderful family. Charlie’s stay with Samantha and her family was wonderful. They took him in so we could visit my family for Christmas and let him be a part of their Christmas. He was warm and well cared for.
