Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. This was a last minute booking in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, as we kept having to plan and replan how long we were going to stay away from our home in North Carolina, and with what family member. We had to extend, then shorten, and it all worked out in the end. Shanisa communicated well through the beginning of Casper's stay while they were figuring each other out, and then sent cute photos and updates throughout his stay. She took him to the dog park to run and socialize, which kept him happy. Casper was well-cared-for and relaxed when we finally came to get him and head home. Grateful yet again for Elisabeth’s care, Pluto stayed for 8 days and you could just tell that he loves being at Elisabeth’s house. He has a lot of medication to take care of and needs extra pampering and he gets it all here, goes shopping and does a bunch of different things which is just above and beyond of a normal boarding experience. Kacie was very responsive when we checked in on Benji, and was very flexible when our flights were delayed and we had to keep pushing back our pick up time.

Samantha took great care of my dog Ivy while I was out of the country. She provided photos and messages to let me know how she was doing. Most importantly she made my dog feel safe and secure by providing her with lots of attention while I was away.
