Joey sent a variety of updates throughout each day --from text messages to photos and quick narrated videos. I also appreciate the respectful and assuring tone Joey uses to speak to (or about) Biggie. I could tell Biggie appreciates it too. When I picked up Biggie, he was exhausted, and I'm not surprised based on Joey's various daily updates full of activity. As a result, I've already booked another boarding appointment with Joey.”

“Patricia seemed very caring from the very beginning. Her house is very spacious and her backyard is huge, with a lot of empty spaces for dogs to run around--that was perfect for our dog who is full of energy and loves to run around. Our dog stayed with Patricia for about one week. When I picked our dog up from Patricia's place, our dog was in very good spirits and showed a lot of affection towards Patricia, which must be because of the great care of Patricia. Patricia also packed everything neatly, which made the pick up very quick. The per-day fee was very reasonable as well. Overall, we are very happy and will use Patricia again.”

“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. Alberta watched our 17.5 year old cockapoo for 2 weeks and took such great care of her. Our dog has some minor health issues and also requires diapers and Alberta had no problem taking care of that. She had great enthusiasm for watching senior dogs when we first met her and we felt like we were leaving our girl in excellent hands. We received updates throughout our trip and she was always timely when responding to our messages. We would definitely reach out to her first if we ever needed someone to watch our dog again.
