About: I started pet and house sitting in 2015 and have loved caring for furry, feathered, and even scale-y friends ever since. As a farm kid through and through, I'm comfortable with animals of all shapes and sizes and have experience caring for nearly every type of pet you can imagine. I don't shy away from big animals (or big messes!) I recently completed my graduate degree and became a nationally certified Physician Assistant. While my training is in human medicine, I have experience caring for pets with complex medical needs, including administering injections, medications, and subcutaneous fluids. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and attentive caring for your pets, especially when they require extra support. At home, I share my life with two cats, Winston and Franklin, one of whom is an FIP survivor. That experience has given me a firsthand appreciation for the trust pet owners place in their caregivers and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your pets are in capable hands. If you're looking for a responsible, dependable professional to keep your pets happy, healthy, and loved while you're away, I'd be honored to help. Having recently completed graduate school, I currently have a very flexible schedule and can devote substantial time to caring for your pets. This allows me to provide attentive, personalized care and maintain your pet's normal routine as closely as possible. While I am currently unable to board pets, I am happy to provide care in the environment where your pet is most comfortable- their own home! I strive to maintain your pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and plenty of companionship. I treat every home with the same respect and care that I would my own, and I understand the trust involved in leaving both your pets and your home in someone else's hands. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, so you can travel with peace of mind.

About: For the past 4 years, I’ve provided loving, dependable care for cats, dogs, and birds through overnight stays, drop-in visits, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and walks. Cats are my specialty! I’m very experienced with feline behavior, shy cats and multi-cat households. I love making pets feel calm and comfortable while their owners are away. I also have experience caring for dogs with different energy levels and routines, including daily walks, companionship, and overnight care. In addition, I have hands on experience with tropical birds and understand the importance of patience, consistency and attention to detail when caring for exotic pets. What sets me apart is the genuine love and attention I give every animal! I take my time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and comfort needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I am reliable, communicative, and committed to making pet parents feel confident while they’re away through regular updates and attentive care. I am currently a part-time worker at a local pharmacy and a Full-Time college student looking to make extra money while doing what I love. I am free at least 3-4 days a week, the more notice the better I can work around your preferred schedule. My preference is afternoons, however if mornings or nights are needed I can accommodate! I am more free during week days but can make time on weekends around my work schedule as I typically only work 5-6 hour shifts. I currently can not offer my personal living quarters for care, however I am able to travel up to 40 miles to stay with or check on pets. If you are in need of someone urgently and live outside a 40 mile radius please message me directly and I may be able to still work with you! I will walk, feed, stay with, play with and care for various cats and dog breeds! I also have experience with tropical birds and fish if need be. I will clean up after all animals and leave your home tidy and neat, as well as provide updates at your desired time span i.e (Daily, Hourly, Etc.).

About: Love all animals and prioritize their health, safety, and happiness. Very comfortable taking care of any aged pet, as well as taking the time to tailor my care to their specific needs (food, medications, any other habits, etc.) I have completely open availability for any time on any day(s)! Overnight is totally fine, please see section on cancellation and notices for further information! Will not be able to board your pets, but at your home I will have complete respect of your space and privacy, my main priority is your animal!

About: Hello, my name is Lara. I am a long-time educator with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools with 22 years of experience teaching at the elementary and middle school levels. I have lived in the Charlotte area for 38 years and know how important it is to have people who you can trust and rely on in your circle. As a teacher, responsibility, professionalism, communication and timeliness are a part of who I am every day. I bring that level of professionalism to every aspect of house sitting and pet sitting. I have raised two children in Charlotte and currently have two human grandchildren, four dog grands, two cat grands and two lizard grands. Throughout the years I have cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, horses, ferrets and pet mice. I am comfortable with feeding routines, long or short walks, administering basic care, providing enrichment, cleaning litter boxes and providing companionship while you are away. I work Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 5:00, in the Concord Mills area. Due to my teaching schedule I would be best suited for: Overnight house sitting Vacation pet sitting Early morning and evening pet care Weekend care Pets that are comfortable being alone during a standard workday I currently work full time with a consistent schedule every day of the week. I get up at 5:00 am and at work by 7:30. My mornings are generally time to prepare for the day ahead and would include a walk if desired, feeding, enrichment and time for cuddles if needed. I return at the end of my work day and will provide a walk, enrichment based on your pet’s preferences, feeding and any needed cleaning. If I am staying at your home there will be additional time before the bedtime routine for time spent together. My general rule for care is always to be safe first and foremost. That means all doors, gates and fences checked when in an area. The yard is checked for safety before we go outside and walks are always on leash with a back up leash for emergencies. I follow your pet’s schedule and your house rules. I am at your home to keep your pet safe and comfortable until you return. This includes multiple times that I will communicate with you daily. Your pet’s safety, comfort and your peace of mind are my goals.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals all my life from my own pets to pets of friends and family, which includes being responsible for them from time to time. I’ve even had prior experience staying overnight and caring for animals that include dogs, cats, and chickens. I am a full time student in law school so my schedule depends on my classes and my school obligations for the week. However, I try hard to manage all bookings I get if the owners are willing to be flexible with times! I can care for your pet by walking them, playing with them, feeding them, hugging them, grooming them, and even staying with them overnight if that makes them more comfortable while you are away.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs all my life and have consistently been a primary caregiver. This ranges for when they were puppies/kittens all the way to senior age. I’ve also spent decent amounts of time the past two years pet sitting dogs and cats of various ages for friends and family! I’m currently in between undergraduate and graduate school so I currently just do online gig work. I make my own schedule so my availability is essentially wide open. In your home I’m always going to be very cognizant of the animals needs and their comfortability. If your pet needs exercise I am in great cardio shape and frequently run so I am always open to going on runs with your dog if they are high energy! I’m also very familiar with leashes and harnesses so if you don’t have fencing or if your pet is used to only going potty with a leash I am ready for that. I also love cats and will always make sure they get lots of love and attention!

About: Hi! I worked at a dog kennel in Indian trail, nc, called big red bed and biscuit. I am experienced with taking care of all breeds of dogs and I have a passion for it. I will be doing dog walks and dog drop in/visits! I am available for drop in visits and walks throughout the day Monday-Saturday, and I am flexible!
