About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my entire life and even teach the strangest animals (high schoolers) during the year. Currently trying to survive the summer by doing something I love which hopefully will be relaxing with your pets! I have experience with administering meds, senior dogs, and puppies. 24 hour care is different than house sitting. Please specify the type of care your pup needs upon booking. About: I have taken care of pets since I was little, family and friends always relied on my family. Our pets are very special to us and we can't wait to meet new fur-friends. I have also worked for a professional pet-sitting service in the past. My family works from home so we are able to give them the attention they need. More time for cuddles, walks and play time of course. Our dog hangs out in the office with us while we work and yours will be welcome as well. I have a fenced in yard and pets are always welcome in our home. We can also crate our Jack boy while the pups are getting used to each other. Pets are allowed on certain furniture in the home. I work from home most days so I am able to provide your pet with plenty of bathroom breaks, exercise and attention throughout each day. We just built a home and do not yet have a fence, but we have access to a dog park nearby for safe play throughout the stay.

Some of the dogs I have taken care of have had medical needs, so I am able to give dogs medication if needed. I have taken care of big and small dogs. For house sitting services, I am happy to provide overnight care for your pet. I am a full time teacher so once the school year starts my availability will change. I will not be able to provide pet care in my home. But I can provide pet care in a clients home. I am able to provide walks, feed your pet, provide snuggles, and medication if needed. I will ensure the client home stays clean if I am booked for overnight pet care. If it is too hot outside I may limit the time for the walk. I will also bring a water bottle with a bowl to make sure your dog does not overheat.

My house has a fenced in yard with a dog door to a screened in porch that my dogs love. If I am watching a social dog, I will check with the owners and invite them over to play. My house has seen many rescue transports and one of my dogs is a foster fail so my house is already chaos proofed. I usually prefer to keep up the owners daily routine by staying in their house and feeding their animals at the same time and in their usual spots. It is a comfort to not change everything about their environment while they are anxious. When I take them on a walks, I usually let the dog show me the way as they know the regular route by heart. If they are older and nap 10x a day or if they are energetic and play fetch 3x a day then that is what we do, it really depends on each family’s individual needs.
