About: I was a shelter worker for 5 years and helped run a doggie daycare for 3 years! I have animal medicine and training experience as well as lots of time spent with young puppies and seniors that need special care. I have my own wonderful dog, cat, snake and turtle. Ive been sitting for over 10 years and I love spending time with all animals, it makes me happy to give them good days! Im currently working part time so I have a lot of free time to take care of your pups or other animals! Im free all weekdays and Sundays except for 3 hour shifts. Im able to go to work and come straight back to your pet and I am also available for some Saturdays so Im almost always free! I cant bring dogs or cats into my own home as I have a reactive dog and cat that dont get along with their own species but I do have plenty of experience watching dogs in their own home. Im very careful about flight risk dogs being secured and am good with nervous animals!

Our fur babies passed in December and January, so we do not currently have any pets. I allow dogs on the furniture and in bed, but if that is not something that you do and you would like me not to do that I can respect that as well.

About: Pet Sitting Profile I’ve been around animals my entire life, and I’m always happiest when I get the chance to care for them! I’m moving back to Grand Rapids, Michigan on September 15, and I’m hoping to buy a home in the summer of 2027. In the meantime, I’ll be staying with relatives, so pet sitting and house sitting feel like a great way for us to help each other. I can earn some extra money toward my future home while getting to spend time with some amazing animals, and you can have peace of mind knowing your pets and home are in caring, responsible hands. A little about me: I’m 35, gay, and a friendly, responsible professional who works in hotel sales. I’ll be working fully remote, which gives me plenty of flexibility to be available and give your pets the attention and care they deserve. I currently have a 3-year-old large dog will be getting to vacation at his grandparents. Thankfully, my parents will be helping care for him. which allows me to take on pet sitting and house sitting opportunities. My experience with animals goes well beyond dogs and cats. I’ve had two saltwater aquariums with fish, corals, anemones, and more, as well as a large freshwater aquarium that I maintained for years. Growing up, I also owned several reptiles and have experience helping care for chickens, ducks, and other animals. I am comfortable with walks, feeding routines, playtime, giving lots of attention, and keeping owners updated while they are away. I work Tuesday through Thursday from 8-3:30. I also have 2 daughters, which is a full time job on its' own! With that being said, my availability would typically be M,F,S,Su 11am-3pm and after 8pm most days. I will care for pets in their own home, where they are already comfortable with their normal routine and environment. I will follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or potty needs, walks, playtime, and any other specific care requests. I will also make sure doors are secure, pets are safe before I leave, and the home is treated with respect.
