We did a meet and greet in advance to make sure everyone was comfortable. Monica was able to keep him safe and separate from her own dogs for the duration of his stay. I got updates and pictures from her daily, and have no doubt he enjoyed his vacation- while we were able to relax and enjoy ours. Very grateful and would absolutely book again if needed.”

“Lorena is a wonderful pet sitter, she took care of our new puppy. She alleviated any worries that new puppy parents have. Lorena was very responsive while she took care of our puppy: she gave us daily updates along side pictures and videos. Our puppy looked like he had such a fun time!”

“Paola is a great caregiver. She and her family took very good care of our very elderly dog who needs constant special care and attention due to his age and kidney disease. At this age and with frequent need to pee, it takes a lot of work to keep him clean and from having accidents and mixing his prescription food twice a day. Paola did an excellent job caring for him, washing his bedding and clothes, giving him lots of petting and love to keep him comfortable and happy while we were away for a very long 12 days. I highly recommend Paola as an excellent, experienced dog sitter and are super grateful to her and her family for the daily updates and pictures, and for giving us a peace of mind knowing that our Desi was happy and well cared for. She and her son also were so generous in giving him a bath too, so he could come home clean. Thank you, Paola.”

“Cathy was wonderful! She was very pleasant and easy to work with right from the start. She invited us to her home to meet her and her dogs. Tucker obviously remembered this when he arrived for his stay because he ran right in and made himself at home. Cathy kept in contact with us and send us pictures of Tucker while we were away and was very quick to respond to messages and questions. I recommend her highly!”

“This was the first time I was boarding my almost 13 year old anxious rescue dog. I was quite nervous but Lauryn eased my mind from the meet and greet a few weeks before. It was obvious how much she cared for dogs. My Shiloh was with Lauryn for 9 nights and did so well. Lauryn sent me pictures everyday and it was clear Shiloh made himself at home and was well cared for. The 9 nights included an unexpected night due to a flight cancellation. Lauryn was flexible and gladly cared for Shiloh for another night. Lauryn's home was very nice and accommodating for dogs and she is in a safe residential town. I know Shiloh misses her already and I look forward to having Lauryn sit for Shiloh again.”

“This was Oakley’s first time staying with Hoyjin and Chulmin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, they were responsive, kind, and attentive to Oakley’s needs. They provided frequent updates that put my mind at ease while I was on vacation. They treated Oakley like family and he looked so happy and comfortable in their care. Knowing he was in such a safe and loving environment made it so much easier to relax and enjoy my time away. We went away for a few days during Memorial Day weekend and it was hard dropping Sasha off as we were worried that she would get depressed and not eat. However, Rocío assured us she was in great hands. Rocío would always communicate and send us videos or pictures of Sasha so we were never left wondering how she was doing.
