About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.

I currently have 3 cats with 3 entirely different personalities, a sweet senior dog, and a fiesty little hamster. Tell me your needs & they shall be met! I work part-time and have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I will work with your requests and be very upfront about expectations before the scheduled visits. I am offering to come to the pet’s home and provide care for them there. Before you’re away, we will schedule a meet up to go over everything. About: 8 years of vet technician experience, CPR administration of medicine. Knowing behavior and most important making sure they feel as if they are at home. I am a single mom and have full availability. I am looking to make this my full time job so I can attend to my daughter. About: I previously worked at an animal shelter for three years. I handled all dogs and cats, the nice and the not so very nice. I had over 20 adoptions of dogs alone, with two aggressive dogs changed to happy puppies. I currently own a dog who is absolutely great I’m a dog lover. If I’m not able to do specific dates, I will mark them as unavailable to help assist with booking times. Please ensure that your pet is good with babies and other dogs before hand.
