For Sarah, I think she excels in communication with pet owners and doing more than the bare minimum on her drop-ins. My dog is “precious” when it comes to going potty and she often won’t go right away, Sarah took her outside at least twice during each of her visits… to give my pup a couple chances to do her business. That’s so appreciated when my dog is at home all day with very limited out-of-crate time while I’m away. I will absolutely continue to seek out Sarah as a pet sitter in the future!
