About: Hi! I’m Gussie — a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and needs. I’ve had animals my entire life, from bunnies and cats to big lovable dogs. Growing up, I cared for my white Lab, who had several medical issues. I took full responsibility for his care in high school — giving medication, monitoring his health, and making sure he felt loved and safe every day until he sadly passed. More recently, I adopted my golden retriever almost two years ago and trained him myself. He has a reliable recall, a strong sit and stay, and knows all the basic tricks. It’s been such a rewarding experience building that trust and communication together. These experiences have made me passionate about giving animals the same thoughtful care and love they bring into our lives. Whether your pet needs a high-energy playmate, a calm and comforting presence, or someone with experience giving medication, I’ll treat them with the same care and affection I’d want for my own. I believe animals are family, and I treat them that way. I’d love to meet you and your furry loved one soon! I live in a house with a fenced-in backyard in Nashville with my boyfriend and our golden retriever, Yadi! He’s a very sweet and social boy who gets along great with other dogs. I work from home, so I’m home the majority of the day and have a very flexible schedule. That means your pet will get lots of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day — they’ll rarely (if ever) be left alone. Your pet is welcome anywhere in our home, whether they like to curl up on the couch or sunbathe by the door. I’m happy to stick to any routines or rules they follow at home — whether that’s no furniture, special diets, or extra snuggles before bed. I can also send regular updates and plenty of pictures so you can relax while you’re away. Creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment is my top priority when caring for pets — whether they’re in my home or I’m visiting theirs. At my home, pets are welcomed into a calm, dog-friendly space with a fully fenced backyard and plenty of room to play or relax. I live with my boyfriend and our golden retriever, Yadi, who is very sweet and gets along well with other dogs. I work from home, so pets are rarely left alone and get plenty of attention throughout the day. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible and can accommodate crate training, feeding schedules, medication, or any special needs. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and routines — I know how important it is for pets to feel secure in their own environment. I stick to their normal walking routes, feeding schedules, and rules (whether they’re allowed on the couch or not!). I always aim to keep things stress-free and familiar so they can stay happy and relaxed while you’re away. Whether in my home or yours, I care for every pet as if they were my own — with kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

“Kona had so much fun during her stay, and I loved receiving regular updates that showed me she was having fun and well taken care of. Coopers pups were respectful of Kona when she wanted to rest but also gave her plenty of play time. Will definitely book again!”

About: I have pets of my own, and I love them dearly so I completely understand how important and meaningful your fur baby is! I truly have a huge soft spot for all animals, and I would take care of yours as if they were my own. They will be safe and loved well when in my care - that's a promise! About: I am a life long dog owner and outdoor enthusiast who lives in South Miami Beach. I have lots of love to give and am looking for an enjoyable side-job, where I can be physically active. I am comfortable handling larger dogs and ones that need more training, as I am a natural alfa female that animals tend to listen to naturally. I would love to be your regular dog walker and build a healthy rapport with your pet. I am available most every day! I have an open schedule during the week and will always provide advanced notice when I am not available. I will treat your pet with the love and care that I would offer my own human child, as I see that all pets are precious life and deserve the comfort and safety that we would want for ourselves.

“Great hosts! Could not have been nicer and it could not have gone better. Highly recommend. We thank them for being so great with Dominic. It went very well!!!”

“We were visiting Nashville and found Anand on Rover, booked one day to see how daycare worked for our pup and theirs. They were wonderful to Our boy Odin, so we booked a second day. When we pulled up outside Odin couldn’t wait to get out of the car and pulled my husband up to their door! Odin gives them two paws up. They have a lovely yard and dog gates to keep your dog from getting out. They let my spoiled 18 month out pup in the bed for a nap. So I can highly recommend Anand and his Mother for anyone who needs a dog sitter. This was a wonderful service for us as tourists in Nashville:)”

“I have known Katie now for over two years, and within that time she has spent a considerable amount of time with my two dogs. They both know when I say "Aunt Katie is coming over" that they will soon see one of their favorite friends, and possibly her two fur-girls, whom they also love. Whenever my husband I go out of town, Katie is our go-to dog sitter. I know I can trust her to take care of my fur-babies (and real babies) like they were her own.”
