About: Hey! I’m Krissy- mom to my mini Australian Shepherd, Memphis. I grew up with dogs of all kinds, watching and going to dog shows and learning and loving all breeds. I’ve cared for friends’ pets since I was a teen and have always been a trusted friend for those in need of house or pet sitting. I work a remote schedule as a speech language pathologist consultant and love having furry friend visitors. Memphis grew up with dogs (my last Aussie lived to be 14), as well as kittens and cats. He loves chickens and going on adventures in nature. We’d be honored to care for your loved ones and treat them like family. I have plenty of time for attention, walks, and potty breaks while I work remotely on weekdays and am open on weekends. I’m happy to offer free meet & greets! Also- I will not be bringing my dog when I house sit for you so I can be sure to give yours all the attention (unless you specifically request this). :) I have a small fenced yard with only one shared side with a neighbor. The fence backs up to part of a nature reserve so we often have deer passing by. Pets are allowed on my furniture and bed but I’m happy to follow anyone’s typical manners and can crate if necessary (your own crate provided).

About: Animals have always been my people. At any gathering, you’ll find me on the floor making a new four-legged friend. I have a natural ability to connect with pets, oftentimes more so than with humans! I have a calm and gentle energy that helps even shy or anxious animals feel safe and understood. Whether it’s a cuddle session, a long walk, or keeping up with routines, I treat every pet like family. I’ve had pets in my life for as long as I can remember. Since I was little, my life has been filled with furry friends varying from dogs to cats to horses. I grew up with my beloved childhood dog, Freckles, who has been by my side since ten years old. I am no stranger to animals as I help take care of a friend’s three dogs and sixteen kitties (dinner time is an extravaganza!). I have also fostered several dogs, from playful pups to gentle seniors, and gained hands-on experience administering medication, providing comfort, and tailoring care to each dog’s unique needs. I care for an outdoor neighborhood kitty that hangs out on my back porch every evening as well. Most recently, I adopted my sweet little rescue dog Pumpkin, who filled my days with so much love and joy until her recent passing. Losing her has been incredibly hard, but it also reminded me how much purpose and happiness I find in caring for animals. Being around pets brings me peace and healing. I’m especially partial to small dogs (they hold a special place in my heart!), but I love caring for animals of all kinds and personalities. My experience fostering has taught me patience, empathy, and how to read an animal’s body language, so I can respond to their needs with love and understanding. For me, pet sitting isn’t just a job; it’s about connection. Every wag, purr, and cuddle is a reminder of how special the bond between humans and animals can be. I have an incredibly flexible schedule that allows for freedom with my time. Taking care of pets is therapeutic rather than a chore or hassle : ) I treat all animals as if they are one of us! Your pet will be cared for as if they were my own, with genuine affection and attention to detail.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my entire life and grew up with a menagerie of creatures to care for and love, even including rehabilitating and releasing an orphaned baby squirrel! We are an animal-adoring household with energy and love to spare. In recent years, we’ve also gained experience with senior dog care. I currently work part-time and solely from home, which gives me plenty of time and freedom to play, walk, and cuddle your fur babies ! We enjoy long greenway walks and trail adventures with our pup—and would happily bring yours along for the fun too. We have a large fenced-in yard and live on a quiet, safe street that’s great for walks and backyard zoomies. Our dog is extremely friendly and chill— and she loves other dogs, so she looks forward to socializing and playing with yours. About: I grew up being the neighborhood dog watcher whenever my neighbors were out of town. I have grown up having large dogs so I can handle and love small and large canines. As a very active individual my husband and I love getting dogs outside and moving whenever possible.
