When June wasn’t eating, Laura reached out to see if she could give a June some of her own fresh food (I said yes), and this did the trick. “Amy was great! There were difficulties on our building's end with access, but she was so communicative and worked to navigate the issues. Our little man appreciated her visits, and we would be happy to have her watch him again.”

“Upon first contact, Ali made me feel comfortable about leaving my cats in her care. It just seemed that she went that extra step that others didn't. One of my cats hid almost the entire time, but she took time to try to find him and make sure that he ate. He finally emerged a day or two before I came home, and she made sure to tell me she found him. Ali did everything that I asked, and the kitties were well cared for. I would definitely recommend her for anybody requiring expert cat care!”

“Whitney was incredible! This was my first time being away from my cat since I got him, so I had a million questions and lots of little things to note. She handled everything I asked—and more. “Jamie was absolutely great! The pups loved her and her communication and post-visit notes and pictures were detailed and reassuring that my dogs were in good hands. Will definitely book with her again!”

About: I have two cats of my own so I understand the ups and downs of cat's personalities! I am patient with shy cats and able to care for cats who are prone to biting or scratching. I am comfortable cleaning litter boxes, administering medications, and making sure they have plenty of play time! I also have experience caring for kittens after being fixed.

“Erin was a fantastic rover! Before my trip, she was flexible on timing to come over and meet my pet / learn his routine, and was extremely communicative during my time away! I got meaningful updates every visit and felt like my pet was in very capable hands🙂”

About: I have had cats all of my life, including starys that I adopted, and all have lived long, healthy lives. I am able to administer medications and even did shots for a diabetic cat. I don’t mind changing litter boxes and have a good system for my own cats so they always have a clean litter box. I often house & cat sit for my sister, who travels a lot. She usually has 2-5 indoor cats and also cares for several outdoor stary cats. She often finds them homes too. Her cats usually have different food needs and feeding schedules so I know how to separate cats who need different care. I don’t mind clipping nails, except one of my sister’s cats who won’t have it. I know how to transport cats and work with "difficult cats”. I produced several “Pet Care” series for HGTV, the DIY Network and TNN television shows, working with experts and veterinarians, including Dr. Craig Prior, owner of the Murphy Road Animal Hospital and a very popular vet in Nashville. He was also my personal vet for both my dogs and cats. I am retired so am available for any days and times. I also like taking photos and videos which I can share with clients so they see how their pet is doing.
“Lizzie was great! She was experienced with giving insulin which was a huge plus for our diabetic guy. We really appreciated the updates and videos we received and knowing everyone was well taken care of!”

“Alex was great with my kitty! He had been having urinary issues and I felt much better knowing she has experience with this. She sent very detailed reports on her visits and made sure to keep my kitty entertained. I also appreciated her photos! Would definitely recommend!”

“Allison was very good with our dog Bourbon she sent pictures of him and even took him in her car to pick up child he seemed to enjoy his time and was complete worn out when we picked him up.”

“Troy really helped us with some much needed reprieve and help with our pups! He was very responsive, easy going and understanding. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care of our special pups for the day 💞”

“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I would happily trust Emily with Sugar again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and conscientious pet sitter.”

About: Neighbors and friends have always asked me to take care of their fur babies. I have been watching my neighbor's cats since I was a teenager when they are out of town. I take my brothers dog for walks and runs all the time. I love and take care of their fur babies like they were my own! I work from home 3 days a week so so I have plenty of time to take your pets on walks and play with them. I can even run with them if thats something they would like to do. On the weekends they will have all of my attention and I do have a small backyard but there is plenty of room to play. I have a small back yard but there is plenty of room to play. My yard is fenced in so your dog will be safe under my watch.
About: I’ve had dogs in the house all of my life and grew up taking care of my neighbors dogs as well. I have experience with dogs ranging all over from 5 lbs to 80 lbs! Most of my experience is taking care of a labor doodle and cat pairing where I managed both their schedules and needs accordingly! :) Caring for pets is a natural part of my daily routine, and I prioritize consistency, attention, and making sure each pet feels comfortable and cared for. I build my schedule around regular feeding times, fresh water, exercise, and quality time, whether that means walks, playtime, or just being present and attentive to their needs. I genuinely enjoy incorporating pet care into my routine and treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m always respectful of others’ homes! If there is an alarm system I’m happy to set it or inform the owner of every entrance/exit so the owner can set it in order to ensure the safety of their pet and belongings!

Adventure-ready dog walkers - Donelson Hills
“Keegan is exceptionally gifted with animals. She bonded immediately with our Sheltie Dani, whom she walked all summer. In fact he looked for her first thing when he got out of his crate. Having grown up on a ranch, she has a wealth of information about animals. This proved extremely helpful because at just over a year old, Dani is still a puppy. She conscientiously told us anything unusual that he did, e.g. yesterday he surreptitiously ate a small rock, typical puppy behavior. She came back everyday with stories of Dani’s antics (he loves to chase dragon flies!), showing how she lets animals into her heart. Keegan is extraordinary. We hate to see her go back to college in OK. We and Dani look forward to more walks when she comes home from school at the holidays!”

“Ali was absolutely INCREDIBLE. They consistently went above and beyond to help out while we were away. They were very informative about every aspect of their time with Keegan. We will definitely be rebooking!”

About: Hi Mike here! I am a fellow dog dad that enjoys spending time with his dog and taking care of animals. I am the dad of a two-year old mixed breed named Dolly. My wife and I rescued Dolly when she was around 4 months. I have experience with the puppy blues and the never ending training that I experience with my dog. I also work on a farm from time to time working with large breed farm dogs and other farm animals. I have experience with all sizes of dogs. I am experienced with medicine in the form of pills, eye drops and oral syringes. I am a full-time dog dad and a part-time student and animal farmer. I work twice a week on a farm tending to sheep dogs, chickens, geese, goats etc. I am very cautious given my dog has a tendency to cause mischief. I am constantly on alert of any chewable items and certain toys in the home. My dog Dolly, has given my wife and I a couple of good scares and trips to the emergency vet. Learning from these experiences has taught me to be vigilant about my surroundings inside and outside the home.

I would love to hang out with your furry friend(s) while you are away! I just graduated from undergrad and willing be starting my Masters program in August. I am working at a kids summer camp for 4 hours/day M-F this summer, so I have lots of time to help fill in while you are at work, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable. About: I am a disabled Vet that loves pups and can handle all of their needs. I love the outdoors so your pup will constantly have an outlet. I will help your pup expend some of its energy while you're at work or whatever your day entails. I love small dogs, but I am also large and strong enough to handle your larger pups with ease. I grew up kenneling animals as a family owned business, so I definitely can handle anything thrown at me. I am very flexible with times and understand if you're running late or if you need to drop off your pup early. My phone is on at all times so if you need to call and check in that's fine. I also will FaceTime. Any questions feel free to ask me anything. I work solely from home and I work at my own time so being able to take your pup out for walks and play time is easy, and quite fun for me as well/ I have a big yard to play in and a huge park nearby as well. I also use apple tags on my pups. It is always better to be safe.
“Torey was fantastic! My wife and I were very anxious to leave our dog home for a two-week trip he couldn't join, but Torey put us right at ease with two meet-and-greets and plenty of updates and pictures. She was also very reachable through the app, which helped us feel comfortable being away. And she even watered our plants for us! Our dog and home were in great condition when we got back, and we're so grateful to Torey for making this as easy as possible for us. We definitely recommend her and will be reaching out next time we need a Rover!”
