“Anais is great. We will continue to use her when we travel. Our dog always has a great time during his stay and is always returned to us smelling great! I meant to ask her what she uses to have him smelling so refreshing!”

“Kristen looked after our dog for several nights while we were out of town. We were a bit nervous since we've never used a service like this, but Kristen made the experience great. We received frequent check ins with pictures of our sweet dog, and quick responses to any questions. We'd absolutely use Kristen again.”

“Arnoldo took great care of Kona for me and did an excellent job keeping me updated while I was out of town for work. We will definitely be reaching out to him again for all of our future boarding needs.”

“Trinise was awesome! From the meet and greet to the drop off then pick up, she made the process smooth and I was very comfortable. He is a big dog so you’re always on the fence if he can be handled. I love how she has it setup like a daycare, you don’t even go inside you just drop off and pick up, it helps build the Trust. Plus she sends pictures and videos so you can see how well your dog is doing in her care. Her having her daughter there to play with my big baby sealed the deal. I can tell that he was soaking in all the attention, when I picked him up he wanted to get back out of the car. I love that for him and will absolutely book again with no questions!”

“Super responsive, communicated and sent pics and updates every day, and loved hanging with my puppy! I felt at ease knowing Jennifer and Nick were taking care of my pup.”

“Ms.Jessica was absolutely the best. My pit/bully Bonnie was so comfortable. Ms. Jessica is the sweetest most professional person. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there. She sent pictures and videos. I will definitely be using her again and thank you Ms. Jessica.”

“Laila had a great time! Samma and Richard were organized, responsible, and easy to work with. They took care of Laila's medicines, communicated well, and shared pictures throughout her stay. Highly recommended!”

She was also very flexible if plans slightly changed which was appreciated! I would definitely have her watch my fur baby again.”

“I can tell our ‘Ace’ loved his stay with Audrianna! Received texts, pictures, and videos throughout his stay. Really gave us peace of mind knowing he was being well cared for.”

“Keebah was so great with or dog CoCo. We had went on a vacation for 5 days . During our trip Keebah had great communication and sending us pictures of CoCo playing in the backyard. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mountain View
We just boarded our dog Bucky for a weekend trip. We had a regular sitter for 2yrs until they moved, it’s been difficult finding quality care for him since. Ashely was super easy to work with from organizing a meet and greet so we could see the space and Bucky and her Cats could meet before the stay. She was excellent with communication and sending us some photo updates along the way. This was our first trip leaving our son with his grandparents since he was born last year, so not having to worry about our fur baby made all the difference as we were missing our human baby. We highly recommend Ashley and would definitely book again!

Kristen looked after our dog for several nights while we were out of town. We were a bit nervous since we've never used a service like this, but Kristen made the experience great. We received frequent check ins with pictures of our sweet dog, and quick responses to any questions. We'd absolutely use Kristen again.

Adreana was my last-minute result, so I gave her a shot! I contacted her and she "Accepted" the boarding for my three (3) fur babies. Upon arrival at her place of residence, she met me at the driveway entrance with a big, welcoming smile. I knew then my worries could be put aside. She grabbed two of the harnesses, and we went inside and chatted for a bit, got introduced to her fur baby (Shitz Tzu), very friendly and well-mannered. My three (3) had found a new friend. She sent pictures and updates. Well book again with this sitter.. Oh, an inside joke: Lexi is not pregnant...

During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.

- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Mountain View.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
