About: Hello! I grew up in New Jersey and have called Georgia home for the last 8 years. As early as I can remember, I’ve loved being around animals of all shapes and sizes. I bond easily with most animals because I am a kind, calm, and confident person. My friends call it a nurturing spirit because countless times I have been to a gathering or party and someone's pet decided that I was their new best friend. When I started living on my own in Atlanta, I decided it was time to adopt my first pets as an adult. I adopted two seniors who still had so much love to share. Their names were Brittanica (the cat) and Roberta (the dog). Both were diagnosed with chronic illnesses that required IV fluids and maintenance medications that had to be given on particular schedules. With advice from their care team, I made sure that each interaction for treatment was a positive experience. Sometimes I pulled out all the stops with treats, bundling them in a blanket, and setting up a soothing environment. If your pet requires such treatments, written notes would be appreciated so I can reference the process as much as possible. My current pets are younger than my first two and keep me on my toes! We have a lot of fluffy fun as Stellaluna is a sweetheart, longhaired domestic cat and Sir Waddles Von Wigglebutt is a very friendly, laid back corgi. We have a good routine where the first thing we do when we wake up is pre-breakfast cuddle time! There have been times where we’ve needed to be flexible and eat breakfast first though. My day-to-day is structured so that I can get steps in with Waddles and I can set up enrichment activities for his working dog nature. Often you’ll see us with the Atlanta Corgi group so he can be a social butterfly. If the weather isn’t great or I have a deadline to meet at work, he’ll stay home and do puzzles. Other hobbies that fit in my schedule include playing DND or board games, doing dog training classes with Waddles, and watching TV with Stella. When it comes to taking care of your pets, I will make sure that we keep to the routine they’re most familiar with too! We’ll do videos and pics as much as we can during the visit. My goal with each visit is that your pet is treated well and feels like they’re getting their own vacation even though they’ll be missing you. I work in the film industry in post production and I work remotely from home. I will have plenty of time to play and check on your furry friend for scheduled appointments. When I do not have an active contract, I enjoy taking longer walks and playing with your pet extra with your pet. To guarantee more than 30 minutes of play time, please book my 60 min visits. Safety is a top priority when I am taking care of animals. Regardless of how well trained a pet is, they are animals and are unpredictable at times. For that reason, when walking your dog, I will make sure that it is on leash unless we are in your fenced yard. If your dog is staying over with me, a crate is necessary so they have their own space where they’re safe when I’m not home. I do have a cat so if your dog is not cat friendly, we will not be able to work together. I believe in strong communication and transparency. About: Hi! My name is Tyson, and I’ve been around animals my entire life. Growing up with pets taught me early on how important patience, consistency, and love are when caring for animals. I currently work in childcare as a nanny and babysitter, and many of the families I work with also trust me with the care of their dogs inside their homes. I also have my own Cane Corso at home, so I’m very comfortable handling large and strong breeds. I do childcare as far as being a nanny from 2:40 pm to 6 PM Monday through Friday so I am available anytime before or after that time. And I am available all weekend long. When caring for pets, my main priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just like they would with their owner. In a client’s home, I respect their routine as closely as possible. I follow feeding schedules, walking routines, and any specific instructions to help the pet stay relaxed in their familiar environment. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection while you’re away. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, supervised environment where they can relax and stay active. I have experience handling dogs of all sizes, including large breeds, and I make sure every dog gets proper exercise, structured walks, and positive interaction. I always pay close attention to body language and behavior to ensure all pets are comfortable and stress-free. About: I have 2 dogs back home so I love to babysit, walk dogs. Dogs tend to love me:)! I have babysat and walked friends pets! I am in college, but I was thinking in between classes I could walk dogs and babysit some days! Tuesday and Thursdays are easiest days! About: I’ve been taking care of pets for 14 years now, including my own and many friends, neighbors, and family. I work as a veterinarian. I’m willing to bathe your pets in addition to their basic needs. I know how to administer injections and other medications your pet may need. I take my currents pets out 3 times a day, and feed twice daily. I like taking them to parks once to twice a week if the owner is okay with that. I would take them out as many times as you see fit before and after class. If your pet is social they can play with my 10.5 year old and 3yr old. Both are very dog friendly and easy going.
