About: I have always owned dogs or cats among other pets. I have 2 dogs and 3 bunnies right now. My world is not right if I don't have a pet. I have several years of pet care experience ranging from feeding, walking, cleaning to medical care. I became a certified dog trainer to continue my work that i love with dogs to help pet parents have the best furry friend they always wanted. I will take the best care of your fur babies as I possibly can and they get the best exercise they can get and endless amounts of love. Thank you I am a stay at home mom. This is my "job". My schedule is pretty open and flexible, so I can fit just about any pet care needs into my schedule. I care for your pets in your home, that way they are less stressed and more comfortable at home in a place they know. My goal is to keep them happy and healthy while you're away so you both have a good experience.

About: Ever since I remember, I’ve had a dog. Life without a dog is so boring. There’s no true love more than the three dogs that I have of my own. I currently work from home with my three dogs so they are never left alone and all they’ve ever known as love. I’ve spent a lot of time working with them to make sure that they are well behaved while I’m not trained in many aspects of dog care I’m more than happy to help you out when you’re in need! I’m free before most work days, during lunch hours, as well as, after work hours and most weekends! Reach out to me if there is a time that you may need additional care for your pet. I’m very flexible. The three dogs I have at home are well cared for and loved every day. My standard poodle, Romeo went through a very tough time the summer of 2024. I was unsure how his life would end up and what was really going on with him, he was a completely healthy dog and something changed him medically at the time I could not run the test that were needed so I am still unsure, but I have nursed him back to full health and he is still here with me!

About: I have worked with just about every type of animal. I worked as a veterinary assistant for five years and fostered for 10+ years. I have always loved animals and always go above and beyond for my furbabies. I often foster animals in need, as well as adopt animals in need. About: Hello, I’m Kristen! I have two medium sized dogs of my own that I’ve had for 4 years. Ive had dogs/cats my entire life. I have a years worth of experience working in a no kill shelter environment. I also ran my own stray dog rescue for a year where I rescued, vetted, and rehomed over 15 dogs of varying breeds. I’m familiar/comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I have years of experience in the pet sitting business both professionally and personally. I am comfortable doing in home visits, walks, feedings, and some short term boarding (varies per client) I am an independent contractor so I make my own schedule. I spend a lot of time with my own dogs throughout the day and have the time and love to give to other pets in need of extra attention. I have a fenced in backyard that is perfect for play/potty time without fear of escape or interaction with neighboring animals. I also offer an entire basement setup in the event that any of the clients pets need separation. If I am visiting your home for a visit, you can find comfort in my professionalism. About: I have spent my entire life caring for animals. Throughout my life I have had many animals from birds and Guinea pigs to cats and dogs. Koda, my youngest dog was completely trained by me in German commands. Working with dogs to learn new things is one of my favorite things to do. My oldest dog, Motley is a senior and the past couple years I have become very educated and trained on administration of medication and post surgery care. With experience from my own pets, I have many reliable references I have gained over the years that can vouch for me on my loving, dedicated, and superior care with their fur babies. I am currently a nanny and have almost completely open availability. I work Monday through Thursday during the day but can still do visits anytime! And I’m off Friday through Sunday so anytime those days as well! When visiting your home I am happy to provide any services you may need for your pet. This includes special feeding instructions, medication distribution, daily walks, baths, guaranteed playtime, and more all while treating them as my own with so much love! I am also happy to do drop in visits while you are at work or walks to get your babies steps in.

About: Hi everyone! I am 28 years old and work as an elementary school teacher. During the summers I enjoy staying as active as possible. I enjoy long walks, running, and being around others. Throughout my life I have always loved pets! My family had a cockapoo that I have grew up playing with and caring for. Currently my boyfriend and I have a lab named Finn. Many other people close to me have pets that I am often around as well. I have dog sat in the past for multiple families and have absolutely loved it! It is always fun meeting and playing with new dogs. About: I've had alot of pets the most at one time is 8 I know almost all the dog breeds, I wanted to be a vet my whole childhood. it's a part of my everyday life I have 4 pets at the moment. I have 1 dog that I walk for 2.0 miles everyday, I have 2 cats which love attention they are always on my lap. I also have a bunny he is in a separate area and he loves forehead kiss and he loves to zoom around. I have a fenced in yard and 1 other dog that's is really energetic and friendly, 2 cats and a bunny they all do great together. my bunny is in a separate room most of the time. all are potty trained.

About: I have been an animal lover since I was a kid. Rescuing chickens, rabbits, cats, horses - you name it! In my adult life, I took some time away from pets while obtaining my Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. The first thing I did after relocating to Decatur, IL for my job, was adopt an unwanted adult shelter cat that resided at Animal Control for months, Spider. He is still with me - 11 years later. I have learned the reasons why Spider was surrendered. It inspired me to get involved with animal rescue in the community. I have adopted and fostered puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats. I have probably dealt with nearly every type of cat or most cat disabilities at this point - and if not, am extremely willing and able to learn. My feline resume includes sight and hearing impaired, sick, diabetes, incontinence, behavioral issues, MORE... I am a huge believer of positive reinforcement training for dogs. If you follow dominance training or negative reprimanding, we will not get along. I have taken two doggos through AKC CGC certification awards and other courses. My personal dog, Timber, suffers from several health issues including hypertension - which caused enucleation of both eyes; chronic rhinitis; and gingival hyperplasia. I am very used to paying attention to the subtle signs of dogs when medical issues arise. Currently, i am working from home, but transitioning back to in-person office work soon. When I return back to work, my schedule does offer a lunch break and reasonable flexibility. Interestingly, all of my puppy fostering has been pre-COVID/work-from-home! My home offers a fenced-in yard. We always walk pets on-leash. In side the home, we have options for crating and our home has several doors to close off rooms to create separate safe spaces, if needed. We also have several baby gates. Crating is very useful for at least feeding times. Our resident dog, Timber, eats in his crate, and he is trained to go there if he gets stressed - even though he is blind. I can often watch cats here in a spare room. Although, I do think cats are happiest at their homes with daily visits, if an option. In a client home, I would like to try to stick the schedule the pets are used to. Arranging a visit to understand the home layout, where things are kept, and meeting the pets are very important to me. I am happy to arrange multiple visits or stay at the house, depending on the needs of the clients and pet(s).

About: I have had experience with animals pretty much my entire life. From my great grandparents all the way down to my cousins and myself, we all have an enormous amount of love for any animal that we are lucky enough to have as a part of our family. I get the privilege of having two pups at home and they are my babies ❤️ I have 2 pups at home, Knight and Koda. Knight is a lab/beagle mix that I adopted from a shelter and Koda is a purebred German Shepherd. the both love to run and play! We go on 2-6 mile walks every day that I’m not working! I currently am not working so my schedule is very flexible. I’m in school but it’s all online so that also won’t be a problem. I treat other people’s animals the same way that I would want someone to treat my animals. I love all animals and treat them like family.

About: I had my own dog once until he passed away since then i have not been able to get another one but instead i used my time to take care of others my moms, neighbors and friends to still share my time and love i have for pets. One day, my friend who is also on rover took me with him to one of his walking visit and i realized how much love and time i can give to the pets in my community so here Iam sharing all the love and time to all who needs it . Im currently working 10hours shift 7am-5:30pm Wednesday through Saturday. I will be available in the evenings in Wednesday- Saturday and anytime between Sunday- Tuesday mornings afternoon or evenings When i care for pets in my clients home i make sure that i follow through in the instructions they provide me to give the best care .. when i care pets in my home , I have a safe backyard where they can play and run around safely ..

About: I’ve been around a number of different kinds of animals since I was a kid! We had everything from horses down to snakes! I’ve always enjoyed being around animals being able to care for them, even if they are not mine. I am the first person my childhood best friend calls when she needs someone to look after her dog Bailey, a very spoiled German Short Hair Pointer 😊 I have 4 children and they are all in school full time, so I available the whole day to provide care, love, and play time for your fur baby! I have a 9 year old dog of my own, that I have had since he was 7 weeks old. I will care for your pet the same way I would my own, within the rules and boundaries you have set for your pets. Safety is my number one priority. I will never put your pet in any situation that you or I, would consider unsafe for your beloved animals.

About: I have taken care of just about any animal you can think of. I was a veterinary assistant for 4 years. I am 25 years old and currently finishing my bachelor’s degree online at SIUE. I am a teaching assistant for the local school district now! However, I really miss seeing pets all the time so I would love to pet sit for you! I have my own fur babies but I love to meet new pets and build connections with them as well as their owners!
