About: I have always owned dogs or cats among other pets. I have 2 dogs and 3 bunnies right now. My world is not right if I don't have a pet. I have several years of pet care experience ranging from feeding, walking, cleaning to medical care. About: I’m a pet owner in Decatur offering weekday dog walks and drop-in visits for dogs and cats. If your pet needs a potty break, a meal, or some company while you’re at work, I’d love to help. Along with caring for my own pet, I help care for horses at 2 local ranches. I enjoy the everyday work that comes with caring for animals, including feeding, cleanup, exercise, and attention. I take time to learn your pet’s routine and personality, follow your care instructions, and send photos and updates so you know how your pet is doing. Morning visits: 7:30–10:30 a.m. Midday visits: Noon–4 p.m. Evening visits: 5–9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Overnight stays are accepted on a case-by-case basis. I take a limited number of bookings so I can give each pet consistent, attentive care. I prefer to care for pets in their home so routine and stress levels are kept consistent and low. I follow instructions closely, adjust to each pet’s needs, and prioritize safety. You can expect dependable communication and updates while you’re away.

About: I’ve always loved animals and genuinely enjoy taking care of them. I don’t have pets of my own right now, but I’ve been pet sitting on and off for several years and have cared for friends’ dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters. I’ve also helped friends find new homes for their pets, including providing a temporary place for some animals to stay while they waited to go to their new home. Over the years, I’ve learned that every animal has their own personality and routine. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive, and I take the time to get to know each pet and what makes them comfortable. I’m happy to follow their normal routines, take dogs on walks and give them plenty of exercise and attention, and make sure they’re well cared for while their owners are away. I work from home three days a week, which gives me a flexible schedule to fit pet care into my daily routine. I’m available for morning, afternoon, or evening walks, as well as feeding, playtime, and check-ins. I’m also regularly in two different locations throughout the week, so I’m able to provide care in both areas. I live in a small, quiet space, which provides a calm and comfortable environment for pets staying in my home. Since I don’t currently have pets of my own, they would have my full attention and I can focus on making them feel safe and comfortable. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
