Can’t say enough good things, but I’ll try to keep this brief. Symba is equally responsible and personable (please note: due to timing we were never able to meet face-to-face, and yet this is the wonderful impression he left!) He was perfectly communicative without it ever feeling excessive. I never once worried about my cats, they were obviously in great hands. Most impressive: my EXTREMELY shy cat warmed up to him almost immediately, as proven by the plethora of pictures he sent 😍
Stellar cat-sitting! This was our first time leaving our two cats for vacation without family who could watch them but Amanda made us and the cats feel comfortable while we were out of the country. Erin was very understanding and flexible. Our older cat is a little anxious so she tends to hide and Erin did a great job trying to coerce her to come out and eat which I appreciated. In addition, she was willing to work with us when our flight got delayed and we ended up being away for longer than anticipated. However, she was not as diligent as I would have liked with following the cat care instructions she had been provided.
