About: I have 12 years of hands-on experience caring for animals. I've owned two dogs for 9 years and currently have a 6 year old cat and a 1 year old cat, so I am comfortable with both dogs and cats at all life stages. I'm patient, attentive and treat every pet like my own. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate consistent and attentive companionship to your pet. I am eager to offer reliable and professional services, prioritising your pet's well-being and your peace of mind. For pet care, I provide care in my client's home only, as I am unable to host pets in my house. I follow each pet's routine closely, including feeding, walks or playtime, cleaning, and any special care instructions. I prioritize safety, consistency, and respect for your home, and I aim to keep pets comfortable and stress-free in their familiar environment. I'm reliable and communicative, and I'm happy to provide regular updates and photos.
About: My whole life I've grown up with many dogs and I absolutely adore them!! I love walking them, playing with them, taking them out for car rides, etc. For a little over three years now I've been dogsitting and catsitting for my dad's friends. I've cared for cats previously, but I didn't have my very first cat until very recently, and I adore them as well! I'm more than willing to scoop litter, pick up after they potty, walk pets, and have a designated play time with them (: Now that I'm back in school, I won't be as available to be with dogs during the day time. Monday through thursday, I have classes for about 4 hours at a time. I am still more than able to stay overnight with the doggies, as well as walk them in the afternoon or morning. At night, I usually work for about 5/6 hours, and am flexible enough to check on pets after work as well. Since cats don't require to be let outside, I'll be much more flexible with catsitting than dogsitting, but am still willing to do both! I usually work at my job 3-4 nights a week. In client's homes I make sure to spend a good amount of time with pets because I know they're missing their owners. I give them treats, pet them, cuddle with them, and walk them. Before I leave for anywhere I make sure that they have food, water, and they've used the potty, that way clients can be assured there will be no accidents in the home, and their pet is being properly cared for. Some cats prefer to spend time alone, and if that's the case, of course I have no problem leaving them be. As a pet owner myself, I can tell when sometimes the pets don't want to play and just wanna nap, or when they want to be left alone. Additionally, I make sure to take care of their house and clean up after myself! Beforehand, I'd love to meet with the client that way I can get to know everyone, and build some trust between me, the client, and the pet (:
About: I have 10+ years of experience taking care of dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and birds. I took a few college courses that were 2 years long to learn about animal care. I also worked at a reptile education center where I took care of the animals and educated people about them. I love animals of all kinds and would love to watch your pet! CURRENTLY NOT TAKING RECURRING/WEEKLY CLIENTS! I have lots of time in the day to watch and play with your pet. I do have a cat at home so I do have to go check on him every 3-4 hours! I will follow your schedule to a T to make sure your pet doesn’t skip out on their daily routine. I have experience taking care of even shy animals so I have lots of patience and am willing to let them take their time to adjust to me. I am ok going on walks in neighborhoods and parks as well as playing with your pet in such areas.

About: I am happy to work on training if you want me to. I trained my dog for hunting back in the day; he mostly turned out to be a well trained cuddler. We can talk about this for an extra charge if you like. I use positive reinforcement with treats and am a firm believer in the clicker method. I am happy to provide medications to for your dog as well. My dog, Micky, is 9 and takes multiple as he has allergies and hypothyroidism. I only work part time from home and also only have my son part time, so I will have plenty of time to keep your pup company and take care of him/her! I have a large fenced yard, am 2 or 3 houses away from a park, and have mountains just up the street for doggy hikes. I also have a fenced and locked pool area. Let me know if you allow your dog to take a dip and I will happily let them in as long as they are not super muddy. Of course, no dogs or small humans are allowed in the pool unsupervised. There is no access to it either without a key.
“Keslee was available to walk our dogs last minute (we requested the night before) she responded quickly and communicated well. She did a great job with our three crazy pups.”

About: I have 10 years of hands on experience caring for my own dog, which has given me a strong understanding of the patience, responsibility, and attention pets need throughout every stage of life. Caring for my senior Yorkie has taught me the importance of recognizing each dog’s individual needs, routines, and personality. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including senior and anxious dogs who may need a little extra patience and reassurance. I believe every dog deserves to feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or simply providing companionship, I will treat your pet with the same care and respect I give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I have availability during weekdays and enjoy building my schedule around providing reliable walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with pets. I’m able to give each dog my full attention and make sure they receive the exercise, companionship, and care they need. I also understand the importance of consistency and following each pet’s routine, whether that includes regular walks, feeding schedules, or simply extra patience and reassurance. I provide care in my clients’ homes by following each pet’s normal routine and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. I take the time to learn each pet’s needs, personality, and preferences so I can provide personalized attention. During drop-in visits and walks, I will provide exercise, companionship, fresh water, feeding if needed, and any care instructions provided by the owner. I understand that pets feel most comfortable in their own environment, and I strive to make each visit a positive and stress-free experience.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mount Olympus
Rachel was incredible! Our dog loved her, and it was obvious when we got home that she was thoroughly worn out from her morning walk. She was punctual, sent us a photo during the walk, and we felt completely comfortable giving her access to our home while we were away. We’ll definitely be booking with her again whenever we need a dog walker.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
