About: Hi, I’m Azya! Animals have always been a huge part of my life—I have two sweet cats and a silly Great Dane of my own, and I’ve spent the last three years volunteering at a local farm caring for horses, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and more. I also have experience working in animal hospitals with cats and dogs, so I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just making sure your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away, I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family. With three pets of my own and several farm animals that I’m responsible for weekly, pet care is a huge part of my daily routine. I currently work part time a few days a week and have open availability in the afternoons and evenings so there’s plenty of flexibility in my schedule. In my home, pets are welcomed into a calm, safe environment where they’re treated just like part of the family. Because of my background working in a veterinary clinic, I’m confident handling pets with different needs, including giving medications or extra care if required. No matter where I’m caring for them, safety, trust, and comfort always come first.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and have my own two cats currently. My childhood dog had epilepsy and was on medicine multiple times a day and I was his caretaker to help my family with their work schedules. I give my kitties love first try big in the morning but before I leave I feed them and scoop the box. I make sure to play with them before bed so they have activity and get their energy out. I let my cats free roam while I’m away for the day but I grew up with a crate trained dog. I’ve pet sat for friends before who have restrictions where their pet goes and I’ve been able to follow their directions.

About: As a dog mom myself, I know how important it is to have someone you genuinely trust with your pup! I grew up with a family dog and have also fostered dogs through a local shelter, including my 50lb pittie mix who became my very own foster fail two years ago. She’s been ridiculously spoiled ever since! I have the most experience with small and medium-sized dogs, and I’m no stranger to a pup who needs a little extra patience on walks. My pup is a strong puller whose favorite hobby is stopping to sniff absolutely everything. I also help care for my friends’ cats while they’re away, so I’m comfortable with cat drop-ins too! I’m happy to spend time playing, walking, giving lots of attention, or just keeping your pet company while you’re away. I live in Hyde Park right off the Wasson Trail and would love to be your pet’s new favorite visitor! I work full-time during the week, so I’m typically available for drop-in visits and walks Monday through Friday from around 5:30–9 PM. Saturdays and Sundays are much more flexible, and with advance notice I’m generally available between 9 AM–9 PM. I’m happy to coordinate timing ahead of time to find what works best for you and your pet! I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable and maintain their normal routines while their owners are away. I’ll always follow any care instructions you provide and take the time to learn your pet’s personality, preferences, and needs. I’ll treat your pet and your home with the same care and respect I’d want someone to show mine, and I’m always happy to send photos and updates during visits!

About: Hi, I’m Kristen! For more than 25 years, my home and heart have belonged to rescue dogs. I know firsthand that our four-legged family members require patience and understanding as they age or transition through life. Right now, I share my life a senior rescue hound (age ~13) who receives daily oral medications. Recently, I lovingly cared for my 15-year-old rescue through a cancer diagnosis, managing a complex daily schedule of multiple medications and physical mobility assistance, including carrying her safely up and down stairs. I was also the primary caregiver for our 17-year-old Shih Tzu/Jack Russell mix, whom I adopted when he was 9 months old, until he peacefully passed. Because I don't work a traditional 9-to-5 job right now, my schedule is open. Your pets will receive my undivided attention, whether they need drop-in visits, walks, or a house sitter to keep them company overnight in the comfort of their own home. I treat every animal with the same love and vigilance I give my own. I'm available every day for house-sitting, drop-ins, or walks. I'd love to meet your furry babies! I'll adapt my schedule to the routine your dog is used to. This typically includes about 45 minutes of exercise per day for dogs, daily updates and photos, and companionship for cats. Senior pet devotion: I'm deeply familiar with the slow pace, mobility challenges, and physical vulnerabilities of aging pets. Medication administration: Expert at seamlessly giving oral medications, tracking complex dosing schedules, and managing medical care (inspired by my own pets' health journeys). Rescue and reactivity knowledge: My first rescue, Simon, was dog-reactive. I understand the vigilance required on walks, how to read canine body language, and how to keep a reactive dog calm and safe. I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable with different personalities — from energetic pups to more anxious or senior pets. I offer walks, drop-in visits, and boarding in my home. I do have a cat, and he is used to being around dogs, but I always prioritize safety and comfort for everyone. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal like they’re part of the family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home and structure my schedule intentionally, so I’m able to provide consistent walks, feeding times, and attention throughout the day. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening walks or drop-ins, and when boarding, pets are rarely left alone for long periods. Inside the home, I provide a calm and supervised environment. I’m attentive to each pet’s comfort level and always prioritize safety, clear communication with owners, and following specific care instructions. I’m also happy to schedule meet-and-greets beforehand to ensure everyone feels confident.
