“Christina came to visit my cat everyday for 2 weeks. She did an amazing job connecting with him and taking the sweetest photos to keep me updated. She was also gracious enough to help water my plants while I was away. Would definitely recommend!”

“Barbara did great with our crazy pup! It was such a relief to have someone be able to let our dog out and spend time with him while we weren’t home. Very respectful of our home and communication was great. We all very much appreciated her services, especially Hooper haha. Gave us such peace of mind knowing he got to run around outside a bit.”

“No words can express my gratitude! I had a sitter cancel without explanation less than a week before a long international trip! I scrambled to find someone to care for my big baby. Lots of sitters were nice but Yuhan was the only person that got eye-to-eye with Abrita and truly engaged with her. She communicated well, made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond. She’s amazing!”

“Danielle is very reliable and kept us in the loop while we were away with very detailed reports. We missed our flight and needed to extend the care for our boys another day. Danielle agreed to the extra visit without hesitation and that was one less thing for us to worry about so we could focus on getting home”

“We had a great experience with Dana! He is friendly and approachable. I appreciated the photos and daily updates, which always included a fun story. Our cat is shy, and he felt very comfortable around Dana. We will book him again!”

About: With a lifetime of experience taking care of my own animals as well as for friends and family, you can be assured your pet will be in good hands! I have many years of experience of housesitting for neighbors and friends, making sure they had a worry free vacation and their pets were well taken care of. I have two rescue pups of my own that love playing with other dogs and going to the park every day. We make sure they get plenty of running and play time (and treats!) each day. I’ll make sure that your pet receives the same love and care as if they were my own. I’m that person that stops on the street to pet every doggo I see!

“With the circumstances Jackie did really well with Apollo and Rue. I was so nervous to leave my dogs over night and have a person come into my home but Jackie helped all of us feel comfortable. My boy pit experienced anxiety diarrhea which was confirmed by his vet. Last time I had a sitter he experienced the same thing. Now knowing what I know my boy pit will be on prescribed calming aid to assist with his anxiety if I’m ever gone long periods of time. Jackie did so well with clean up and meal time she even gave them carrots. She also made she Apollos wound from my other dog was cleaned and ointment applied. Although that was the first time that has happened, I’m was very happy to see it healing well once I got home. There were a few things I would’ve preferred but not a big deal considering Jackie is a hard working women and even got up at the crack of dawn before work to make sure she cared for my dogs. Jackie is dedicated and did her best. Also I’m very happy that she held on to the leash when encountering a reactive pitbull that lives in my building. I know sometimes we can let our guard down when things seem fine however she handled that very well I’m so pleased with that and her extra efforts with my home. She was also mindful of training techniques which was a plus for me.”

About: My family owned a Doberman, German Shepherd, and a terrier/retriever mutt growing up, so I am well experienced with handling the day to day needs of caring for a dog. Since then, I often dog sit for my two friends who have husky mixes, and have dog sat for parents of friends and co-workers as well. My cousin is a professional dog trainer, and my mother is a self proclaimed "dog whisperer", so I have picked up several tips in the trade over the years as well. I am a professional real estate agent, so my schedule is very flexible. I own the brokerage, so I am often in office. However, no one else comes in often, so I bring dogs I pet sit to work all the time. I have a dog bed and dog toys in my home. If my client lets their dog on the couch and bed, I will do so as well. If not, I am good about keeping them off of furniture. I have plenty of space for them to roam around in the house, and a small fenced in backyard as well. Although, I will always take the dog for walks over using the backyard unless it is pouring rain outside. I do not keep dog food, bowls, or treats in the house, so those would need to be provided by the owner.

About: I grew up having animals, with my first pet cat at age 6. Caring for animals was an important part of my upbringing - we also had dogs, other cats, a rabbit, a snake, a bearded dragon, fish, and birds. (not all at the same time, but always had different animals around!) I have a lot of experience caring for different types of animals. I've been dog and house sitting for friends and family for years. I'm comfortable in multiple animal homes, administering medications, and attending to specific food and care regimens. I take the time to get to know each animal and love giving extra pets, snuggles and massages (if the pet allows). Animals are the best friends; they deserve all the care and comfort! Pet care is part of my daily routine already; I am using Rover for supplemental income and to work close to home with flexible hours. As an animal lover, Rover seems like a no-brainer! As a no-kid cat owner, I understand how important your fur babies are! I will treat your home and pets as my own. I will take my shoes off, and leave your place cleaner than I found it. I attend to specific feeding and care details and of course will clean up any messes my client's pets may have. If you set a booking with me I would be happy to set a time to meet and go through all care routines to ensure trust and the best care for your animals! I also enjoy taking photos (with consent) and will send daily updates and pictures of your beautiful fur babies!

“Katharine came through for me so quickly after I needed to rush out for an emergency. Kind and super responsive. I love the notes and photos of my babies while away!”

“Very pleased with Lisa's pet sitting. She handles our critters (dog and cats) very well which can be a challenge since most of them have a special care situation (elderly, disabled, illness with medication). We are so glad to feel confident our furry charges are in good hands when we need assistance with their care.”

“I’m thrilled to recommend Logan as an outstanding pet caregiver on Rover! Logan has taken care of my two dogs, Xander and Riggs, for years, and they adore him. He’s responsible, reliable, and truly cares for animals with such warmth and attention. I can always trust that my dogs are in the best hands with Logan. If you’re looking for a compassionate and dependable pet sitter, Logan is the perfect choice!”

Caitlin S.
“Caitlin has been my dog Dua’s primary sitter since December 2022, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better person to care for her. She goes above and beyond, taking Dua on long walks, playing with her at home, and even brushing her fluffy coat better than anyone else ever has! She also stays at my place while I’m away and takes wonderful care of my home. One of the things I appreciate most is how she keeps me updated 2–3 times a day with messages and adorable photos of Dua. Knowing that my dog is being loved, cared for, and kept on her routine allows me to travel with complete peace of mind. I’m so grateful for Caitlin’s kindness, reliability, and the genuine bond she shares with my pup.”
