Once again, I brought my Pit to Donte. I reached out to him the night before I was heading out of town and was grateful that he was available to watch Lola. The morning of, I was running late. I did Donte know, but was thankful for his understanding and patience with me. Donte is great with Lola, so I am really happy about that. Also, it's great Lola gets to socialize with other dogs. I will continue to use Donte's services as long as he is available.
Spencer and Nellie were absolutely WONDERFUL with our dog Hazel. We booked with them for five nights of boarding for a vacation. During our meet-and-greet, they asked incredibly thoughtful questions, not just about caring for Hazel but also about her personality and quirks. I can be quite the anxious dog mama and immediately felt at ease with them. It is clear how much they deeply care about the great work that they do. We dropped Hazel off and it was a breeze. Spencer took a moment to thank us for trusting them with Hazel, which was such a lovely thing to say that further strengthened how at ease I felt. During our trip, we received detailed and timely updates with several photos of Hazel. The updates really went above and beyond. We could tell that Spencer and Nellie weren't just caring for Hazel, they were really getting to know her and enjoying her goofiness. I truly cannot recommend Spellie enough! We have already booked with them again and will continue to do so.
Sam was friendly, communicative, and great at problem solving. I was nervous because I had to be out of cell range for 25 hours of the boarding time, closer to the beginning of it. Of course, that's when something did pop up but Sam communicated with my emergency contact and took care of the issue in a way that really made me feel like I'd left Peppermint in the right hands. She came home happy, loved, and properly exercised--which was extra important, because we started a self-move the day we got back and having an energetic dog under-exercised would've been a disaster! Thank you, Sam, for making my birthday weekend possible despite us having to find dog sitting so last minute!
This was my second time having Olivia take care of my dog, and she did just as great of a job as the first time. My dog was excited when we returned to her place, which says a lot. Olivia sends photos and updates, takes my dog on long walks, and follows care instructions. And her dog Lorraine is a wonderful host!
Natalie was amazing. Very responsive in her communication, making sure all our dogs needs were understood and met. Great pictures and videos while we were away. I used the pick up and drop off services and Septma was on time for both pick up and dropping Bella off. I was a little nervous because Bella has never been around any other pets but Septima made her feel safe and comfortable being around other pets. Septima did a great job with boarding Bella. I will definitely be utilizing Septima again!
Chryselle did an amazing job watching after Stella my 2 year old rottie mix! Between the daily photos and updates about how Stella was doing while I was gone, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She even got her to do some new tricks like going to center! Truly such a passionate animal lover who I’ll be sure to book with again!
Jessica was a wonderful hostess! She and her family welcomed my pup, Kahlua, with open arms! She took the time to update me each day of my vacation, helped brush my dog’s teeth, and enjoyed walks and fetch with her each day. She was tired & happy when she came home. Her kids were also so friendly and great with my dog! I would def recommend this family for a great Rover experience!
