“Alex and her family were very welcoming. I like that they did a meet and greet just to ensure that my dog would be a good fit for them to take care of. My dog was very excited to be with them and they took great care of him. I received updates and pictures during his stay. I am grateful to them to be able to enjoy my vacation and know that my precious Goose was in great hands. I am appreciative and grateful for such wonderful service.”

“Rhea took great care of my dog over the weekend. He was so comfortable as soon as he got there and got along great with their sweet dog. I received pictures and updates multiple times per day and could see he was calm, and happy during his visit. He had a nice little vacation of his own there with lots of walks, play time, and cuddles! Thank you !”

“Dakota seemed so comfortable which is rare for him because he’s super anxious and old and set in his ways! I’m so grateful for Christin and I received pictures along the way and I will definitely be rebooking!!”

“Bryce was available on short notice and remained responsive over DMs throughout our interactions. I got lots of photos and updates on Wallace during his stay. I would recommend anyone to place their pet in Bryce's cade.”

“Amy was amazing with my dog, Roxy!! I highly recommend using her. Roxy is an older mini goldendoodle and Amy was so accommodating and sweet with her. I got daily updates with photos. I felt so comfortable and Amy made the process super smooth. I booked her last minute and so glad I did. I highly recommend and would use her again!”

“Yuiko was great! She took really good care of our dog and provided updates and pictures everyday. Definitely recommend her and will stay with her again in the future!!!”

“tamikia was so amazing. this was my first time using rover and i was nervous about leaving my pup for 2 weeks but tamikia’s incredible response time and constant photo updates put me completely at ease. when i picked my dog up, she was so comfortable at tamikia’s house that she wasn’t even that excited to see me lol. i will 1000% be using tamikia for any future care. this is your sign to stop browsing on rover and book tamikia!!!”

“Rachel was fantastic! Bean, who can be a little nervous at first, warmed up to her immediately. Rachel was very communicative and send lots of photos - it looked like they had a great weekend! Will definitely use her again!”

“Absolutely amazing! This the first time I left my dog since rescuing him and his anxiety gave me anxiety 😅. Kristina was great she answered all my questions, she was so kind when I asked stupid ones. She kept my dog safe and happy. She also works with reactive dogs great! Would recommend! Can't say it enough she is amazing!”

“Donte boarded my senior German Shepherd for 5 days including Christmas Day. She was well cared for, receiving her medications twice a day to manage her hip arthritis and pain from IVDD. She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”

“Zyiana was a GREAT caretaker for my beagle. This was my first time leaving spot with a sitter and she made it such an easy and comforting experience. She kept spot for 3 nights and gave consistent updates and photos about my dog, she was very attentive and caring, didn’t even leave out the cuddles/snuggles. She was also very detail oriented and followed instructions given. I highly recommend and would absolutely book again!”

“I felt that my dog was in great hands and well cared for while I was away. Eric was very responsive and communicated regularly, which gave me peace of mind. He was also flexible and worked well with my travel schedule, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.”

“Nicole kept me in the loop the whole time she watched Bella, sending lots of pics and answering questions as needed. I was really nervous about leaving my dog for the first time but just hours later, I felt completely reassured when I got updates and pics. She had such a great time playing with her new friends and came back exhausted. We’d definitely bring Bella to stay over again.”
“Juliana and her family embraced Aiden like one of their own. He was surrounded by love, constant attention, and she went above and beyond to make us feel secure and kept him safe. She kept in constant contact throughout the day with photo updates as well. I will work with Juliana EVERY single time as there is no one better who will value and love your pup as much she does!”

“Alice did a wonderful job taking care of Sandy and keeping us updated. She watched her for 2 weeks and made sure we received plenty of pictures and knew how Sandy was doing while we were away.”

“Christopher really put my mind at ease when I felt anxious about leaving Mochi for an extended boarding stay in an unfamiliar city. Mochi got more exercise than he ever gets with me and Christopher’s family’s home is beautiful and dog friendly (lots of doggie toys, cuddles on sofa, etc). I was a little worried about encounters with other dogs on walks (Mochi can be selectively dog aggressive). Christopher handled him like a champ and had no issues at all. There was a little trouble with medications, but in Chris’s defense- Mochi really doesn’t like the honkin’ large intercepter chew and it can be tough to fool him into eating it. I was concerned that I found pieces of the medicine mixed in with Mochi’s food in the big food bag- I believe Mochi just didn’t eat it and Chris mixed the leftover food (with medicine) back into the food bag. Overall I am very happy with Christopher and would use him again. Highly recommend!”

“Rebecca was so great with Birdie!! She was well taken care of and I received updates every day. I could tell Birdie was tired when she got home from her time with her. Will definitely book with Rebecca again in the future. 🙂”

“Helena took such great care of my two kitties! She stopped in daily and showered them with treats, affection and play time with their toys. “Christel was wonderful!!! ☺️ She took the time to come and meet me and Lily first, and she took on the task of coming twice a day to feed Lily and give her seven oral medications each time - no small task. She sent pictures every time she visited, which gave me such peace of mind as I could see how happy and healthy my baby was. I immediately booked Christel again for my next out-of-town trip. Highly recommend!!”

“Tamikia did a fantastic job taking care of our cat while we were away. She came at the scheduled time and did all that was asked of her and more. She made us feel very comfortable leaving our cat in her care. We enjoyed receiving the daily updates and photos while we were away. We would definitely hire her again!”

“Cece is very sweet. She followed all of my directions and took care of our kittens while we were briefly out of town. She also managed to impress our one kitten who is apprehensive of strangers. She sent pictures which we greatly appreciated. Thank you again!”

About: Hi! I am a dedicated dog lover with three years of experience caring for pups. I’ve spent the last few years pet-sitting for families and watching dogs for my friends, and I’ve learned that every dog is unique—some need a long run, while others just want a quiet spot to nap. I pride myself on being calm and patient. I know meeting someone new can be stressful for a dog, so I always take things at their pace to make sure they feel safe and secure from the moment we meet. My Routine & Activity I am a very active person and love staying moving. If you have a high-energy dog who loves to stay active, I’m the perfect match! I live right near a wonderful park, which is where I spend a lot of my time. My routine includes: Morning and afternoon runs: If your dog is a runner, I’d love to have a partner! Park walks: Plenty of fresh air and mental stimulation at the nearby park. Cuddle time: When we aren't out exploring, I am a big fan of cuddling and making sure your dog feels loved and relaxed. What I Offer Tailored care: I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure their specific needs and schedules are met. A safe environment: I provide a calm, safe space where your dog can feel right at home, whether they prefer lounging on the carpet or snuggling up. Plenty of attention: I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your furry family member the focus and affection they deserve while you’re away. I look forward to meeting your pup and providing a fun, safe, and loving experience for them! I work from home, which grants me significant flexibility throughout the day. This allows me to prioritize your dog’s needs, whether that means a quick potty break, a long walk in the nearby park, or a midday run for high-energy pups. In My Home When a dog stays with me, I focus on creating a seamless transition from their usual routine. Since I work from home, I am able to provide constant supervision and companionship. Your dog will have the freedom to lounge comfortably while I work, with plenty of breaks for play and cuddles. Being located right near a park means we can head out for fresh air and exercise whenever they need a boost of energy. In Your Home For drop-in visits or house sitting, my priority is maintaining the environment where your pet feels most secure. I stick closely to the schedule you’ve built, ensuring feedings, walks, and medications happen exactly on time. I use my work-from-home flexibility to spend quality time in your space, providing not just the essentials, but also the mental stimulation and physical activity—like runs or long walks—that keeps dogs happy while their owners are away. My Approach to Care Safety First: I always keep dogs on a leash during outings and stay alert to their body language. Active Engagement: I love going on runs and walks to ensure high-energy dogs get their heart rate up. Open Communication: I provide regular photo updates and check-ins so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is having a great time.
About: A lover of animals of all sorts, I've rescued and cared for cats of my own for over 40 years. My family had dogs including a Beagle and a Lhasa Poo while I was growing up, and I'm the one who always says, "Can I say hi?!" when I see someone out walking their dog. Clients, friends, and co-workers have been happy with my services and I enjoy connecting my work with one of my passions. If you scroll my photos, I admit I haven't cared for alpacas. But I'd love to learn how! I'd be happy to make your getaways, vacations, or travel for work less stressful for you by caring for your pets and home. I'm happy to give updates throughout visits, including photos or videos, and will send regular reports on food and treats, litter or potty time, and general behavior. My schedule is flexible. Just let me know your needs and I'll do my best to make it work. Book ahead for your summer and fall travel plans! Taking care of your pets in your home is a responsibility and a privilege, allowing your pets to have their safe spaces and comforts while you're away. If house-sitting or dropping in for care or walks, I'll follow your suggestions and directions to deliver the best possible care.
