My schedule can sometimes be fluid while I’m away traveling and Jessica is beyond accommodating when it comes to pick up and drop off times. Within a few hours after dropping Lily off, I got photos and an email from Annyah and it was clear she was in good hands. When I picked her up, Annyah invited me in and told me all about Lily's stay and how much they enjoyed her. Lily was tired when we got home so I knew that was a sign of a great visit! “I don't think we could have asked for a more positive first time Rover experience. We usually had family or close friends dog sit for us, but this year for the first time we did not have someone who could watch Frida while we were traveling between Christmas and New Year. So I decided to give Rover a try and I scheduled boarding with Jenn ~3 weeks in advance. I was a bit nervous, but Jenn was great, responsible and reassuring while we finalized plans. During the stay, Jenn provided updates and sent us pictures every other day. So, we enjoyed our trip and didn’t have to worry at all about Frida . Jenn was fantastic and we will definitely book with her again. It is understandable that one is nervous leaving their family member in care of someone new, but rest assured that your pet will be in loving and caring hands with Jenn.”
