Tony patiently dealt with Kuma's anxiety issues, and even though Kuma had some accidents and was a night owl, Tony didn't make it a big deal--Tony has 'well, he's still a puppy and he's away from home, things happen' attitude. Tony also sent me daily pictures and videos, which relieved my anxiety :) Tony offered a comfortable temporary home for Kuma, and I'll definitely ask Tony to look after Kuma again!”

They just seemed like lovely, engaged dog-people! They took such great care of my Frankie girl, who requires some special attention because she is very reactive around other animals. (So you can imagine that my standards are high for sitters, because that behavior is unpredictable.) Sam was so communicative and flexible during the trip. I loved all the pics she sent of Frankie. Though she’s very attached to me, Frankie had such a good time that she resisted leaving when I picked her up! That’s really all I needed to see to know I’ll be booking with Sam and Roberto again!”
