She was so flexible and did so well meeting our dog for the first time (who is VERY anxious and barks a lot at new people). A year later and in need of a last minute sitter, Iuliia was available and we are so glad she was willing to watch our sweet pup. She has so much experience especially with dogs who are anxious/can come across as somewhat scary and aggressive. She handles our scared pup with so gentleness and patience. Our dog is tough to meet at first but Iuliia was unphased! We are so grateful for her and will absolutely be repeat customers!!!
We had a great first experience with Allison ! From the meet and greet she put us at ease. Communicated when arriving and leaving giving us updates and pictures. Catherine is beyond a dream. Knowledgeable about dogs, deeply caring, and knows how to make a potentially stressful situation for a pet, one they will actually enjoy. My son’s wedding out of town required two nights of house and dog sitting. We had the cutest pictures of him clearly loving his time with her and snuggled up just as he would with us. She also treated our home with great care. 10/10. Would request her again in a second!
Anna did an amazing job housesitting for us and our senior dog Sheba. Sheba is on a fresh food diet and has food allergies, and Anna was able to accommodate her extra needs. She gave her nice long walks and took good care of our house, too. We'd love to have her housesit for us any time!
We were in such a bind. A family trip we had looked forward to for years. A friend was supposed to watch our animals and our home for the week we were gone but ended up in the hospital. With our departure on the 4th of July, everyone we knew was out of town. We were nervous, having never used Rover for housesitting, and with our departure in less than two days. Anna was a dream. She was communicative, caring, and asked thoughtful questions. We received photos and updates every day we were gone, which provided such peace of mind. Daniel was patient and careful with our older, shy dog who soon warmed up to him. He took care of her during her least favorite night—July 4th—and handled her anxiety beautifully. He also was very gracious when our AC broke during a heat wave. He was professional and polite, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.
