About: I’ve taken care of several pets since I was young. I had several dogs and cats (sometimes at the same time!). I love walking and playing with dogs, I’ve trained my puppy. I have taken care of big and small dogs. I have also taken care of kittens and adult cats. I have litter trained kittens and played with them often. I currently work full time, but am more than happy to watch your fur baby on my days off! I have days off where I have no plans and would love to spend it with more dogs or with your cat! I have a fenced in yard and two fur babies (dogs) of my own who are friendly and can keep your fur baby company. I am use to watching other people’s fur babies in a 24 hour care setting.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 6 years and have experience with both dogs and cats of various ages, sizes, and personalities. Over the years I’ve cared for multiple family dogs, including my own dog since 2019, my mom’s two dogs, and my husband’s dog. About: I’ve always had dogs in my life! I adopted my first dog, Beth, in 2015 when she was just 14 weeks old! Through her, I learned what it means to make sacrifices for others while also loving the process! She was very easy to train on my own, but sometimes her intelligence causes her to be mischievous! During the pandemic, I adopted my second dog, Buz at 8 months old. Unfortunately, he was a stray and came with severe resource guarding leading to numerous fights with Beth. Because of this, I put him in multiple rounds of training and learned for myself what it means to support dogs through and watch for triggers dealing with aggression. Because of them both, I am very watchful of dog behaviors and am not afraid of big barks! If I could, I’d have many more dogs! I am a teacher in SE DC, so during the school year, my availability is primarily evenings and weekends. During the summer, my availability is very open! I am very attentive and respectful of others homes, dogs, and instructions. Knowing that my own dogs take a minute to warm up to someone knew, I will be sure to follow specific routines or guidance given! Your home will remain as it was when I enter!

If there is one thing I can teach them is to get along with others animals as well as people. My patience and understanding will keep them thriving and healthy. I only want to give them more than they need. I am available 5 days of the week to care for your pet, including the weekend if needed! After all, someone has to be there for them. No pet under my supervision has ever been in harms way. I have a big cage with food and water. Pet toys, cleaning supplies, and pet proof items to keep them safe.

I've cared for dogs with special grooming needs, exercise needs, and varying quirks. I'm available most what's, except for Tuesday and Thursday, but can make time on those days if needed. I'm always available on those days after 8 though :-). By nature, I'm very organized and timely. I pride myself on it, and always will.
