Her communication was excellent, and she worked very well with our somewhat challenging dogs, showing patience, persistence, and creativity to get them to trust her. But she showed good judgement on the day that a thunderstorm hit during the walk, and my dogs were scared of the storm. That day she wisely brought them home early. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
