I’m currently working on my certificate for dog grooming! I have yet to start school but this is a dream I’ve had for a while now. At the moment, I’m almost completely open for sitting.

I think enrichment is very important for pets. For dogs, getting outside is a must. Many breeds require a lot of stimulation throughout the day in order to stay healthy in mind and body alike. For cats, some are independent players and toys are a must. Others may like to play with a person and that’s an activity that’s very important for them. I personally feed my animals once in the morning, once at night. My dog typically gets at least one walk a day and I make sure to take him out 2-3 times a day for potty breaks. Or even more if he lets me know he has to go. My one cat is an independent player so I leave her toys in her favorite places.

It’s important for me to know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors. This way, I can prepare and make sure I can provide them with the most fulfilling and fun experience that I can.
A typical day
I love making sure pets get the stimulation and exercise they need! Fetch and tug of war are some basic games that can be super healthy for them. Every pet has their own favorite game or favorite toy and I love providing that for them as well. Some animals love doing tricks or just running around for awhile. Which I am also all for!

Pet care experience
I’ve worked in animal care for years now and have taken care of my own pets for years before that. I have experience with a huge variety of sizes and breeds! I’m well versed in animal behavior and temperaments. I’ve worked with puppies all the way up to senior pets who may need a little extra care or attention. I have my own pets as well and have a deep understanding how much they can mean to us.

Reviews

Morgan was fantastic! She came reliably as promised, on time every day we agreed on for the week of dog walking. Her communication was excellent, and she worked very well with our somewhat challenging dogs, showing patience, persistence, and creativity to get them to trust her. She walked them for the full hour I had asked for, even though the weather was very hot and humid. But she showed good judgement on the day that a thunderstorm hit during the walk, and my dogs were scared of the storm. That day she wisely brought them home early. She communicated all of this very clearly and in a timely manner, using Rover report cards immediately after every walk. I hope we have another opportunity to have Morgan care for our pets, because she did such an excellent job.
Morgan did a wonderful time 2x this week watching my dog. She took a lot of pics and sent them giving me comfort Dexter was active and happy as she was very interactive with him.
